  “I have been living at Fairfax Square for about a year, and my experience here has been very positive. Before moving here, I lived not far from this area, but I can honestly say I enjoy living here much more. The community is quiet, clean, comfortable, and very convenient. What I appreciate the most is the office staff and maintenance team. Everyone is professional, respectful, and always ready to help. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they respond quickly and complete the work efficiently. It is clear that the team truly cares about the residents and works hard to keep the community in excellent condition. I like this community so much that several of my friends also decided to move here. Altogether, we now rent four apartments in this community, and we are all very happy living here. That says a lot about the quality of the service, management, and overall atmosphere at Fairfax Square. I am very satisfied living here and grateful for the support and cooperation from the entire team.   NyLene was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She helped me for over two hours with the online application process without showing any frustration even once. I truly believe I would not have been able to move into the apartment without her help. I would like to thank her again for her kindness.

  I've never ever had a negative experience with the leasing staff nor maintenance at Fairfax Square in the 3+ years I've been living here. Both are professional, friendly, and respond quickly to any situation. Recently, I went through the process of transitioning from a 3-bed to a 2-bed with the move of my third roommate, and Alfredo was extremely helpful in helping the remaining two of us secure a place (and fast too, which was great because we're such anxious people when it comes to apartment hunting!) I can't say good enough things. Most affordable place in Fairfax I've found, especially for the quality you get.

  What to say? I know what video games my downstairs neighbor plays based on how easy their "headset chat" comes up through the floor. God help you if you live in the middle floor like me, you're gonna hear every intimate moment of your upstairs and downstairs neighbors. That being said, the location is simply incredible for those that don't want to need to drive everywhere. Get an apartment facing westward and you have the most beautiful views from your balcony. 10/10 would live again, but maybe with some good white noise makers at night time.
