  I have been living in this apartment for a couple of years. There are frequent, major problems: NO HEAT during the peak of winter NO AC during the peak of summer (This July 4th Weekend, OMG) Hot water disruptions Complete water shutdowns at 9:30 AM Management and staff barely answer phone calls or emails. If you stop by the office for unresolved issues, there is a different staff member talking to you every single time. They just offer new excuses, fake hope, and blame each other. UNRESPONSIVE SERVICE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Wish i could give less than 1 star. Note to management: Please utilize your time to make the community better, rather than writing copy-pasted apology replies to these reviews.

  The GM here at Amberleigh is completely out of touch. While she's probably enjoying a cool 68° house with her family on the Fourth of July, the residents on Lothian Road are once again stuck without AC. It's always the same excuses. Water issues, broken pumps, leak, something else. There's always a new reason why this complex can't function properly. Stop patching problems with temporary fixes and actually solve them. Residents deserve better leadership, accountability, and permanent solutions. It's time for new management for God sake!!!

  I wouldn’t be writing this review if this wasn’t the SIXTH TIME THIS SEASON MY AC HAS BEEN OUT. mind you, we only have AC for about 3 months of the year. No matter WHAT! Alas, we are at our whits end. Today it was over 100 degrees, my thermostat temp was set to 60 and my indoor temperature read 90 degrees. NOBODY CAME. I blame management. The air conditioning is only turned on for about three months out of the year, and even during those months it’s broken what feels like half the time. Every summer turns into a battle just to have a livable apartment. The maintenance issues have been ongoing. My ceiling has leaked around four separate times. Most recently, a leak was so severe that my closet, laundry room, and hallway flooded. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the experience became even worse. While trying to get the issue resolved, I was berated and yelled at by the general manager. I was told they were simply “giving me back the same energy.” After dealing with repeated flooding my frustration was justified. There is a huge difference between advocating for your home and being treated disrespectfully by management. On top of that, the pest problems are unacceptable. The bugs are out of control, and rats are a common sight around the property. Although I’m nervous of retaliation after sending this review, I feel it’s only fair that future renters are made aware of what they have to look forward to. Renters deserve a safe, well-maintained home and respectful treatment when problems arise. Having said all of this, the maintenance team is incredible. But they can only do what they can do. They only have so much control.

  It's been more than a year there are no gym equipments replaced or fixed. Management doesn't care at all on the small things like this taking them so long to fix it.
