  I didn't like the attention the truth and they ask you for 300 dollars to apply and they don't give it back to you I went with a credit of 7,800 and all the requirements and they tell me that I don't apply to stay with the 300 I don't recommend this place from the moment you arrive they are liars they just want to get the 300 and stay with them

  Night Shift Beware Can you wake up from a dead sleep and throw yourself out the door in less than five minutes because management wants to do maintenance and you have to be out of the house? Do you want to live out of a shoebox because management wants you to spend your weekend to completely empty your kitchen and bathroom for three weeks because maintenance needs access? Do you enjoy maintenance workers entering your home while you are asleep and disrobed with your spouse and then you are blamed for not accommodating them? Do you love when you're trying to explain all of this to Resident services they just stare at you blankly and make it worse blaming you for being uncooperative?

  This is one of the worst communities I have lived in. When I moved in the apartment was not properly cleaned at all. The bathroom, carpets, balcony, and several other areas were dirty and clearly not prepared for a new resident. I have never seen a dirty carpet in whole my life, then we washed it. The balcony was so dirty and smelly as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. The utility charges are extremely expensive compared to other communities in Virginia. Even worse, residents are expected to pay these fees whether they use the services or not.I recommend you to never move in this community.

  I asked that someone come to fix my heating and cooling system. The AC continuously runs and will not shut off . I spoke to the maintenance person and explained the problem. This issue will cause my electric bill to be costly .. I need it to be resolved/repaired.. asap as I cannot adjust the temp in my apartment I accordingly to the weather outside.
