  The rent is expensive and they increase it every year. I have visited the office several times and sent emails saying that some neighbors smoke cigarettes, but no attention has been given to the issue. Also, after one year, the apartment walls start to crack

  The rent is high and includes bills why should you include the bills in the rent and why you brought outside company to pay the rent and we pay fees. The railings and the entrance doors outside leading to the apartment need pain. The blinds in our apartment cannot close or opened most of the electrical outlets are not working. The area is safe that’s a positive.

  If you're thinking about moving here, I would do it. The apartments are the best priced I found in a big area. My only gripe is the online portal could use some work for scheduling and touring and sometimes the office is busy and they can't answer. The leasing agents are really chill and upfront thanks Chelsea. After moving in the apartment was very clean the pre inspection move in was a breeze and paperwork / moving fee were less than other apartments. Had some maintenance issue in our new apartment but the main maintaince guys are super quick and professional shoutout to Daniel for fixing our AC the same day. The apartments offer a wide range, 1 bed/ 2 bed in unit laundry, etc. The area is nice your 15 minutes of driving away from every grocery store in dale city some are 5 minutes. It's a good area the staff are helpful and the owner is nice. -Alex

  I’ve lived here for over two years and truly enjoy it. Aside from the price increase, everything from maintenance to security has been great. The office staff are amazing, especially Chelsea Pointer, She is attentive, patient, and will make sure you get the best deal.( military discount, HCW discounts )
