  I never write reviews, but I am making an one-time exception. I would highly recommend Mark for all real estate transactions. Mark has excellent communication skills. He is working towards the same goal as his customer – selling your home for the best price. Mark’s follow-up and follow-through are exceptional. He uses his years of experience to market your home the best way. Also, Mark researched the competition to make sure your home is in the best position for a quick sale. Mark is very attentive to his customer’s needs. All questions answered – always. We asked Mark to be truthful and outline a list of items that needed to be fixed before our home went on the market. We listened to Mark’s suggestions and corrected those items he outlined. This allowed us to get the best price possible - even above the initial asking price. Our home looked great and sold fast. We are so pleased with Mark. We would recommend Mark again and again!

  Stop your search for a realtor and call Mark! You'll be glad you did. I didn't have a realtor the morning I started calling about several open houses, and a few in my search; I got several answering machines until Mark picked up on the first ring. I briefly explained my situation, the homes I wanted to see...Mark wrote down everything I said because he repeated back verbatim, and said he could get me in all of them. Wow! This guy is on top of it! As we looked at homes, Mark would always have age of roof, HVAC, water heater, everything I wanted, stayed in touch by text, email. We saw close to 20 homes, contracts on 4, once there was serious mold, once or twice my passion waned, then, frustration setting in, and I tested his patience, THE house became available and we got it! Marks experience, maturity, wisdom, retired military, well, you wont find better. Thanks, Mark, Barrett

  Mark Willemsen was truly the best realtor we could have asked for. From day one, he wasn’t focused on simply selling us a house—he was committed to helping us find our home. As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Mark made every step easy to understand. He took the time to thoroughly explain not only the home-buying process but also what it means to own a home. At every showing, he walked us through the positives and the potential concerns, educating us on everything from HVAC systems and foundations to maintenance and long-term considerations. His honesty and integrity gave us complete confidence that he always had our best interests at heart, never just the goal of making a sale. No question was ever too small, and no time was ever inconvenient. Whether it was us—or the family members who came along to tour houses—Mark patiently answered every question and made sure we felt informed and comfortable with every decision. We looked at homes both near and far, and Mark never rushed us or pressured us. Instead, he encouraged us to wait until we found the place that truly felt like home.   Mark Williamson was my realtor when buying (2019) and selling (2024) - and I highly recommend him. He is very professional but also personable and his experience is obvious. He offered great advice and made multiple visits to my property. He recognized that I needed to sell urgently, and showed my house on successive weekends, determined to help me make my timelines. I really appreciate how he went out of his way to make a painful process easier for me.
