- NHNya HarrisJan 12, 20261.0Every other week for some reason the water gets shut off, sometimes they notify you, most times it’s randomly shut off and then you get a notification. None the less i don’t understand why water gets cut off in most buildings so often. Literally every week if not twice a week. It’s extremely inconvenient.

Maintenance and the office staff are absolutely incredible and work diligently to complete any issues or requests in a timely manner. The community and the grounds itself are kept up nicely and you can see the staff takes pride in what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend Hyde Park to anyone who is looking for a budget friendly community and spacious apartments.
