They never return calls and we’ve had numerous issues since they took office two months ago. (Broken AC unit for several days with outside/indoor temperatures exceeding 85 and above, soaked Living room carpet from leaking ac tank, and they sent out cleaners/painters with loud machines to clean the apartment above us at 6 AM which woke up our kids, their excuse was they are on a time crunch). We’ve been here for two years and loved it until now so we will be moving. The maintenance man is nice though.
