It's quiet and peaceful most of the time, with lots of birds and other wildlife (deer, rabbits, turtles, etc.) to enjoy from time to time. Angela, the property manager, keeps things running smoothly, and the two maintenance men, Marvin and Joe, are top notch. Being a gated community is also a huge positive.
