They know you will move, probably out of state or out of the country and they will keep your deposit, not send you itemized receipts for alleged damages and generally be right on the edge of the law to abuse you. I have rented 14 homes in over 23 years of service and Renters WAREHOUSE is by far the most calculated property management company I have encountered. I would recommend staying away and looking elsewhere
