    Come “Grow with Us.” ✝️❤️ I have lived at Red Knot at Edinburgh for 7+ years. Many people are unaware the property recently sold effective: November 21, 2025 from Breeden to Pegasus Management. Either way you slice the pie or cake, the property is maintained with "Excellence!!" It has always been maintained with excellence! When "Pegasus obtained the property," 'ALL OF US' (as residents) went through what I call: “a period of uncertainty and fear.” But, the new management came in with an "EXCELLENT Front office management team and a very strong qualified trained maintenance team. Yes, they were different than the previous owners; but well qualified and with their own style. Everyone must remember, “as change occurs, it takes time to become acclimated to people, property, and processes.” As residents we were received with "open arms, smiles, and information present at the time." And, updates to new changes forthcoming. We all grew and have grown together as a community! We were fortunate to have received a former Property Manager ( Gold place in year 2021 under Breeden) named: Sarah Atkins, and retained 2-other employees names: Karrah and Heather. Each comes with years of experience in "Property management and residential rental experience!❤️” Our maintenance team (Chris, Mike, and Justin) all have preformed to our expectations. We were fortunate enough to acquire a housekeeper: Susie (who comes from a long background working at a Navy base and does an excellent job keeping up with housekeeping duties). All these individuals are unique; but they do their jobs well and do so with a quietness and a normal urgency. Remember, these individuals were not oriented to this property before coming onboard. It took them time to learn where things were and the best way to get things handled. But, they did and did it well!!! Really, there is a “very STRONG PEACE within our community.” When a sell of this nature happens to a community of this size, it often destroys a community. But, in our in case: “we are closer and stronger!” Pegasus Management has been good to us and put the right team in place. Excellent School district with buses that come into the community to pickup and drop off for school. We are very centrally located to “Southside businesses, parks, and 2-different shipyards.” Also, all “regional hospitals and health clinics.” We have Walmart, MacDonalds, Target, Cracker Barrel, Home Depot, Cinema Cafe, and a car wash within walking distance. We are a very strong Pet Community and very fortunate to have an excellent veterinarian services within walking distance called: “Edinburgh Animal Hospital less than 4-minutes from our apartment complex.”❤️‍🔥 Come Grow with us!     Terrible; faculties falling apart. Flooring and cabinets look awful. Will come up with false charges when you move out. Absolutely awful. Mice are everywhere; front office has no idea what they are doing. Tried to make my neighbor pay for mice traps that they provided because the mice problem is so bad. A/Cs constantly break; maintenance tries their best but don’t receive the proper training or tools needed to compete the job. I would not move here personally; save yourself the heartache and the money and look elsewhere. Lady in the office tried to charge me rent for an extra week even though I turned my keys in 3 days before my lease expired and she said “well we didn’t move you to moved out in our computer till 3 days after your lease was up. Even though you turned your keys in before your lease was over; you still had access to the apartment.” How in the hell do I have access to an apartment when I turned my keys in?And if you call out the office lady on her mistakes (which happen often) she gets snippy and rude and calls you smart. The place is a scam and should be turned into the better business bureau. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person which fun fact! You often seem homeless people walking around the parking lot (not very luxury). Save yourself! PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH THEY WILL SCREW YOU

    This is my experience living here. If you want to be lied to by the new management company then live here. If you want to wait over a week for a maintenance request of dishwasher leaking everywhere then live here. If you like bugs live here. If you like your hallway filthy live here. If you like bird nest in your vents then live here.I will attach pictures for viewing. They have completely let these apartments go down hill. The New Management has done nothing to improve the situation. It’s actually worse than the previous management.

    The building beyond the lights is where I have to walk getting home at the end of the day. Meanwhile, other residents guest will obtain parking much closer than you. I pay $2,360 a month so you give me one reason why I should have to walk this distance every day… . Why should a resident be able to have 3 guest and take up parking spaces without even having a pass. There is constantly people with no stickers or passes parked overnight taking up resident parking. Walking almost 3 blocks every night to get to my apartment that I PAY for. There is no enforced towing or guest policy for this place. My suggestion would be to make guest parking at the very end of the complex and assign each resident a parking space or maybe multiple dependent on how big an apartment they rent. One bedroom gets one space and two and three get two spaces for parking. If you eliminated the amount of guests parking in these spots, you would be able to obtain this. Residents constantly have to scope out parking spots or have to pay an additional $40 for one spot. We pay a lot of money to live here and out of all the amenities you try to advertise, you dont even have not decent but not even reasonable parking. The parking is insane and unreasonable to expect someone to walk every day just to get to their apartment. Everything else has been ok but this would be the reason I tell people to stay away. If you truly want to resolve the issue, fix the parking and enforce towing or assign everyone a spot.

    Exceptional customer service! This is my first apartment and I was very nervous, however, Karrah was extremely helpful. I’m am moving to the area and am definitely considering Redknot! Thank you Karrah!
