  APPLIED BACK IN AUGUST SEEMINGLY GOT APPROVED WAS EMAILED A PORTAL WHERE I WAS MAKING PAYMENTS TO FOR MY DEPOSIT (DOING WHAT THE ON ONBOARDING SERVICES ASKED) ONLY TO NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE IN OVER A WEEK! I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES, I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES, AND I HAVE SENT EMAILS! I HAVE A MOVE IN DATE OF SEPTEMBER 9th (TODAY) AND HAS YET TO SEE AN APARTMENT , HEAR THAT IM APPROVED! THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND IM NOT EVEN A TENANT SO I CAN IMAGINE WHAT THE TENANTS GO THRU! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE TO REFUND ME MY DEPOSIT AND NOONE RETURNS CALLS OR ANSWER THEM! HOW DO YOU RUN A “BUSINESS” LIKE THAT? IM DEALING WITH MY BANK NOW TO DISPUTE IT SINCE THESE PEOPLE “THINK” THEY GON JUST TAKE MY MONEY!!! BY FRIDAY IF I HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING I WILL BE BRINGING MY LAWYER TO HANDLE IT MOVING FORWARD!!!!!

  This complex has slipped immensely over the last few years. The management team is less than responsive and the complex is constantly dirty. Maintenance requests go unanswered or excuses away. Trash issues are constant. The only positive is the insides of the apartments are nice if you can navigate past the trash, bugs, and dirt. This complex could be very nice if the management team was more engaged.

  I’ve been here for over 3 years and it’s been the most enjoyable time for me and my family. The staff really cares and maintenance is on top of it all. Going to be here for another 3 years

  Go view the actual apartment they’re offering before moving or applying because they won’t even refund the admin fee the tour is nice of course but the halls are dirty and sketchy as hell it gives section 8 for the price you can definitely find better.
