  This place sucks!!! Ever since Kathy left, this place has went downhill. The new management and office staff sucks! They don’t care about anything besides getting their money. The office is always closed. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

  If I could give no stars I would. Worst place I have ever lived and the management team is unprofessional and horrible. When I first moved here management was a little better than it is now. Kathy was the manager and I can at least say the communication was a lot better. Mr. Rick the maintenance man is the best thing about the property. Tanya the assistant property manager is rude and is always outside smoking. I called about the resident under me because I took my children to the doctor and was asked if they are around smoke a lot which I don’t smoke. Doctors told me their adenoids were swollen. The lady under us stayed at home all day everyday and smokes in here apartment. Tanya who smokes came to my apartment after pulling up smoking and stepped in the LR and told me she doesn’t smell a thing. The smoke was all in mine and my kids clothes and in my furniture. Anytime you call for Tanya and she’s not available shes outside in her car smoking. The property has a new manager Kourtney and she’s a ghost because she never comes out she doesn’t respond to calls or messages she just has her pit bull who sits in the front ready to attack or get smart with who ever pulls up. Tanya was there before the other 2 people and that is who I normally communicated with. I have moved and they have added money to my account saying I owe late fees and whatever else, so I emailed Tanya and requested a call to give me a breakdown on these charges well she has yet to call me back and this is so unprofessional wanting people to pay money for something you can’t even provide details on. I have a right to know exactly what I’m paying for. But this just goes to show you they are trying to collect money and stop people from moving forward. I will never refer anyone to this place!

  Walked in for a appointment one of the lady's was very welcoming but the lady who was supposed to give us the tour. Very rude not welcoming at all and really ruin the experience
