  My original appointment was with ms. Kaila however she was busy with another client. So I ended up with the yt lady (can’t remember her name). She was very passive, gave great info but constantly over talked me. I didn’t have a chance. lol the property and units are beautiful though.

  I have been living here for over three months. I love it here. It’s super safe super clean the management and the team is like family, Randy and Kaila and Leeanne ! I have no pest control issues. I was worried about that and nothing they have all different kind of apartments here one bedroom two bedroom duplexes. It’s beautiful here. It’s so peaceful. The pools are gorgeous. The gym is 24 hours and super clean the clubhouse they even decorate for holidays. I am so in love with this place. I really love it. I plan to live here for the next 2 1/2 years that’s how much I love it here. It’s right next to the Greenbrier Primary school so I could walk my daughter to school every morning. It’s so perfect if you’re looking for a community to live in Greenbrier, this is the one look no further.

  My family and I moved to Chesapeake in 2021. Our move-in was a mess as we walked into a dirty townhome that we were told had been cleaned before our arrival. The management changed often and we had some issues with them along the way, but overall we liked where we lived. We purchased an home in 2023 and left Fenwyck Manor. Unfortunately, due to HOA neglect, our home became uninhabitable and we were left to move quickly. We decided to give Fenwyck another go because as I said, overall we liked where we lived before…management was just not it. So I called and worked with Kaila. If sunshine were a person it would be her. She was so kind, so patient and BEYOND helpful. Her response time to any questions I had was always quick. We have been here for five months and we have said multiple times, “I’m so glad we are back here”. The grounds are kept clean, there are two pools with lifeguards always on duty, there’s a gym, a pond, dog parks and a playground for kids. Maintenance is not only kind & professional, but they actually know what they’re doing. I had a leaky sink, they came in, assessed it, grabbed the parts and fixed it immediately. Kaila has remained a complete angel, even after move-in. She is always bringing snacks to the pool for the kids & lifeguards. If she sees you in passing she says hello. And if your Grandpa sends you a package with the incorrect address on it she goes and hunts it down for you, after hours, to bring it to your door ((ask me how I know)). I am glad we moved back and we plan to call Fenwyck home for many years to come.

  SECTION 8 HOUSING WITH RESORT LIKE PAYMENTS BEWARE MILITARY!! I'll start by saying this property is absolutely the worst I have ever lived. I would love to give this place negative stars but can't. The outside and public areas are grand and wonderful. I too was caught up in how pretty eveything looked that I didn't realize how bad this place really is. The staff, particularly management are very incompetent. I was forced to deal with corporate because of property damage that had occured to my vehicle from the sprinkler systems. I was promised one thing by the manager but later she reneged. Corporate was just as bad. Angela Hollingsworth fought with me over $50 for two months until she visited the property and seen the damage. I had the same exact issues at this complex as everyone else has stated in their reviews. The paper thin walls are exactly that. The gates have been broken for over a year. Pet fecies are all over the grounds. Residents throw their trash bags outside their doors and let it sit for days. First floor apartments in some buildings flood everytime it rains. The sprinkler system washes your car with this new detergent called RUST. Mold had grew in my bathroom and they covered it with KILZ. Needless to say, it's back. They closed the "24HR" clubhouse for months starting at 1800 because a drug dealer they had living here trashed it. I also had a neighbor blaze up everyday for the past year and the smell was coming through into my apartment. The smell would seriously occupy every space of my 2 bedroom apt. For 2 months straight I complained to no avail. Lastly they "insulated" the closet by installing some top notch duct tape. I finally gave up. There is NO resolve with complaints to management. If your neighbor parties, your partying!

  Nice to place to live with "resort style living"...except don't expect them to plow the streets when it snows. Every apartment complex and neighborhood on the street have plowed but Fenwyck doesn't see it as a luxury...hmmm...at least five residents stranded in the apartment roadways, most people couldn't get out of their parking spots at all, and they don't have enough salt to keep people safe if you have to walk around the complex (i.e. to let your dog out)...For what you pay to live here I would expect "resort style living" year round, not when it's convient to the company/property managers. : (
