  Roaches, charged for things that were never installed or dont work, only sound proofing comes from the many layers of paint. The people are nice at the office and do their best to make it a good experience.

  I just want to say that I hundred percent recommend living here at the Spark! Tammy and Lami were amazing the whole time with helping me through the application process and viewing the apartment and the apartment complex. They were patient, kind, and positive! There was not a time where I had a question for them, and they did not have a helpful answer.

  Front office sucks and lies. There's a 95% chance you'll have roaches because the walls are paper thin and they can just crawl beneath the boards. Neighbors are sketchy, towing company is TERRIBLE. You're at risk of having your car nabbed even just by parking there on the wrong night. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

  Just say no. We unfortunately were trapped in their lease for a whole year. Worst year of our life. It is NOT safe and it is NOT clean. The property "managers" don't even respond to emails, calls, or any form of communication. This really is unacceptable. We just moved out and paid to have our carpet cleaned for one bedroom for $160. They charged us for carpet cleaning out of our security deposit and they also charged us for "not having insurance" when it's all on paper that we had it. I have the receipts. We had severe cracks in our apartment and the ceiling was falling in. Someone needs to shut this place down. Better business bureau needs to be aware of this uninhabitable complex. I feel bad for the families that have to live there or are trapped. Sad situation. Owner, please don't tell me contact the office to follow up on this review. They Will NOT respond appropriately or respond at all for that matter. Give me an actual contact aside from this "management".

  First, they will lure you in with a great deal on your first months rent taking $500 off! Save that $500! You're going to need it for the waterbill. As a couple with no washer and dryer in our 650 square foot apartment, we were handed a $150 waterbill each month. Don't worry! We couldn't leave the apartment anyway to spend that extra cash because our stairs were blocked every day by men in ski masks and ak-47s smoking weed. Nothing like the smell of gang activity in the morning. Do you love nature? So much that you want it in your living space? Then this is the place for you! Cockroaches, earwigs, spiders, and several other species crawl in from the neighbors place all the time! Eventhough you pay monthly for pest control, you will never be without your pesty friends. After a long week, it's time to do laundry! Oh wait, where you ask? The laundry room burned down and the other one was flooded and full of mold/scum. Well lucky for you, there is a laundry mat down the road with more bugs that only costs $30 every time you go. Do you have a hard time sleeping? Great! You'll fit right in! The constant beeping from your security system will keep you up and keep you alert every day! Unfortunately, it only lasted 6 months of our year lease. Fortunately for us, we had children keeping us up the remainder of our time. They really wanna get to know their neighbors so they will constantly knock on your door or just peep through the windows. They leave you sweet messages in chalk on your door and siding of your unit. Are action movies your thing? Amazing!! It's like you get to be apart of the film! Military tanks, FBI, shootings, cars flipping outside your bedroom window just when you get to sleep, it's never a dull moment here at Spark.They love that you're here! The aparment itself is a fun house! Not a level floor in the complex for extra fun. That includes the stairs that cracked and are falling like the roofs and gutters. Don't worry! They used drywall patch to cover it. Are you a person that enjoys dirty air? Well no worries! The air filters weren't changed the entire year we were here! You're probably wondering how I know this. Well, upon moving in, they provide you with an app that shows door activity on your unit. Great tool to see when people enter your home. You can guarantee those filters stay put! Ahh, nothing like the smell of filth. Does communicating with people give you anxiety? This really is the place for you. The property manager, the maintenance manager, and the rest of the team will never respond to your emails/requests. So don't worry. After you move in, they forget you exist. On the other hand, if you do like people, a random person will knock on your door with a Spark shirt on to take pictures of random things. Why you ask? Guess we will never know as the man didn't speak English and we never got a response after emailing why this happened..twice. We like to help our community by donating lots of money. Interested in donating? Just park anywhere on the property or street and you'll pay $250 every time. We do have parking stickers that prevent us from getting towed-- some days. Other days, they say they "misread" the sticker and your car gets a sceanic ride to the other side of town. It only happened 4 times to us but maybe someone that is there more often will get even luckier. Amenities? How about pools or a gym? Sound like a dream? It is. If you enjoy 1 pool for 500 people and a gym only open during office hours 2 months of the year. The other pools on site are closed due to them being brown and full of gunk. Great for the birds though. They love the water especially early in the morning starting at 3a. They will let you know they are by non stop chatter. We were also provided a grill. 1 grill for 500 tenants but it doesn't have a bottom to it so we just call it a grill cover. It was burned out. Great for family gatherings. What are you waiting for? Your new home..and all the insects inside your unit are waiting for you!
