  Tana C is an exceptionally helpful, professional, and patient property manager. She guided us through the housing application process with great care and attention to detail. Despite the language barrier, she made the extra effort to use translation tools to communicate clearly with us, which made a big difference. We truly appreciate her support and dedication—thank you, Tana!

  I've been here a long time - and the experience has always been the same = not good. Dirty - things broken and in disarray (laundry/grounds/etc) - pools never working - every thing a la carte - so adds on to an already high rent. Management slow to respond most times - or ignored. best thing is the location. not a safe place- LOUD neighbors - always in fear of a tow or an eviction - no matter what - nothing changes - always a negative experience

  The lady in the office was very friendly and kind. We enjoyed talking with her. When we went to the apartment it was self guided they gave is a map and said the door was open. We had to drive from the office to the viewing unit got lost several times before getting the right apartment. When we entered the door was wide open seemed very unsafe. We liked the apartment but was wondering about were the washer dryer would go. When we went to look at the building surrounds a lady from upstairs started talking and telling us all the negatives of why not to move there. This really scared my daughter off. She has never lived in an apartment complex with 3 kids and she felt it was a very unsafe place to be since alarm systems are mandatory for safety. We did our research and found out the crime rate and the today a shooting right on Peyton. We have decided to look elsewhere. Prices are reasonable it's sad to know when poor you have no choice but to live in a bad neighborhood. We are hoping to defeat those odds but we won't be living in the city

  Tana and Lami helped me move into my apartment in less than 24 hours from when I applied. Both of them were super responsive, easy to work with, and really on top of everything. They kept me updated the whole time and I am incredibly grateful they helped me out so much. 5 stars for sure
