  I highly recommend PMI Commonwealth's management services. In addition to be thoughtful about maintenance, they also focus on tenant retention which makes a huge difference to an investor's bottom line in the long run.

  Had two houses managed by PMI several years ago. If you’re thinking about renting out your home, I’d encourage you to seek other options, or at least make sure they don’t convince you as a tenant to put the utilities in PMI’s name. My tenants, as great as they were, consistently paid late to no fault of their own. They simply didn’t receive notification in time due to apparent processing and/or notification delays by PMI. The cost was subsequently passed on to me, albeit reimbursed once paid, but the tenants were unethically charged a fee by PMI. I conveyed my dissatisfaction to the owner/president, Mike, who seemed offended I’d even bring the issue up and threatened to drop my business with the company on the spot. Ended up going another route and so thankful we did.
