  We had an outstanding experience staying at the PMI Commonwealth managed apartments on Angus Road in Charlottesville. The apartment itself was great - it had everything we were looking for and was in a central location close to the University, major roads and shopping. The property management team were friendly and responsive to any and all question and issues. I’d strongly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and well maintained community in C’ville.

  I highly recommend PMI Commonwealth's management services. In addition to be thoughtful about maintenance, they also focus on tenant retention which makes a huge difference to an investor's bottom line in the long run.
