  This place is nice, but the real gem is the property manager Peyton Branch. Mrs. Branch took the time to show me several different floor plans that could meet my needs. The property offers quality amenities such as a salt water pool, gym, theater, hydrangea gardens and a dog park onsite. Mrs. Branch made sure I knew the ins and outs of the lease agreement thoroughly. I am grateful for the time and care she put into our time together. I’m looking forward to everything Avemore has to offer.

  The best staff in Charlottesville! From tour to move-in everything was smooth. I would give 10 stars if I could. I love to start my day in their hydrangea gardens and end it in the saltwater pool.

  Correct — you still get 1 star. I expect my HVAC to be functional 24/7 because it’s a safety issue in extreme climates like the current heat wave. The HVAC has broken multiple times now. It's 96 degrees today with a high of 99. I can't imagine this with no AC. The HVAC has been a recurring problem, including not working in the winter. I read this in an article today: “Europe’s summer heat waves often claim tens of thousands of lives, far more than in the U.S., a difference that scientists say is partly due to the lack of air conditioning.” - Matthew Dalton, Wall Street Journal, June 30 2026 Please do "preventative" maintenance instead of "reactive" maintenance.

  The absolute best place to live. The staff is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I recently had my AC go out and they immediately jumped on it, got me a portable unit and had it fixed within no time. The maintenance team here is the best I have seen, especially when it comes to diagnosing HVAC systems. And don’t get me started on the office staff. Peyton always greats me with a smile and is willing to talk about anything. Amber and Christy are simply the best. My wife and I love their events. You can tell they put some much time and effort into giving back to us. I would tell anyone to live here!
