  Crystal in the leasing office is so helpful. She helped me find my perfect apartment!!! Also, everyone is so nice, including maintenance.

  The leasing office is the best I've ever come across. They went above and beyond to help me when I had an emergency come up. They even called after I moved because I forgot to cancel my renters insurance, and they didn't want me paying for it when I wasn't using it. The place is quiet and nice, apartments are well kept and very nice. Maintenance is great, and leasing office is awesome. I would definitely recommend.

  I stayed here for 6 months. Arden place is a nice quiet complex with very nice and spacious apartments. It was honestly too much for just myself in a 1 bedroom here, but I really don't have any complaints. The office staff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartments are located in a very convenient area with an exit leading out to a shopping center that leads right to route 29 for easy access to almost anywhere I wanted to go! It's a little up there in the price range but if you're looking for those things, it's worth it

  I lived here for 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Work orders were always completed withing 24 hours (many times within a few hours of sending the request). The office staff is friendly and consistent. The same property manager and office associates were there from the day I moved in until the day I left--that's pretty amazing for an apartment leasing office. Yes, the rent is somewhat high, but by Charlottesville standards it's pretty normal. I'm only sorry that I had to move!
