  Kudos to The Williams team for the outstanding job they do in providing excellent service to residents! A special thank you to the management team for the delicious pizza and drinks to celebrate Sunday football! I truly appreciate the effort you put into creating such a warm and welcoming community. I'm so happy to call this place home!

  I’ve lived in luxury apartments for the past 10 years or so and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The leasing/office staff is probably the worst part. Communication is terrible and VERY CARELESS “whoops, sorry” is all you hear for a place that calls itself luxury, the service is nowhere near luxury. The elevator doesn’t work almost every weekend. I live on the 5th floor, so this is not a small inconvenience when it keeps happening over and over again. The building only has ONE elevator, so even when it is working you’re waiting forever for it. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and I’m only allowed to park one car, which makes zero sense. They also charge you for trash, but there’s no valet trash and there’s not even a trash room in the building. You basically have to walk your trash to a whole another state just to throw it away. so what exactly are we paying the trash fee for? The vents are also blowing out dirty air and dust. You can wipe your counters in the morning, go to work, come back at night and there’s already another layer of dust sitting on everything. For what they charge here, this place is nowhere near the luxury experience they advertise. Between the office staff, elevator constantly being down, parking situation, trash setup and dirty vents, I definitely would not recommend living here.
