  I've been living here for two months, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is exceptional—always approachable and genuinely interested in how I'm doing. They frequently check in to see if there's anything I need, which really makes a difference. The community is impeccably maintained, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. My neighbors are wonderful, and the additional amenities provided by the HOA are fantastic. I also want to highlight a review I read about the ID and face scan requirement prior to touring. That was a significant factor in my decision to move here. Coming from a community where resident safety wasn't prioritized, this added measure truly reassured me and made my choice much easier. Thank you to Jo and Sala for helping me find the perfect home!

  Not Military Friendly!!!! These apartments come off as very new and smart but give off a surveillance state vibe. Something feels a bit off about them! When you first enter to tour you have provide your biometrics through clear through an app to confirm your identity. Out of all of my time in touring I have never had to give my biometrics to tour a place but only my drivers license. That means this is a management company - Kettler Management mandates for all guest to tour this is a lack of privacy. If I was planning on signing a lease I could understand but not to tour the apartment! Also they do not provide any military promotions they say this is due to fair housing laws but this is very inaccurate there are plenty of communities in NOVA that do support service members. The thing that really brought the negative experience for me is the required $500 HOA fee that is required to live at the community because they are located in the South Riding area. Please stay clear of this property unless you don’t mind the lack of privacy and the constant add up of fees. By the way the trash dumps are located outside for this to be such a new luxury community there trash shoots should be at least indoors. What a waste of a new community in the area!!!

  We did a tour of the property today, and it is beautiful! Mary was so informative and did a great job informing us of all the property’s amenities. Very nice and very clean.
