- JLJamie LassMay 8, 20261.0Very careless management. There are many kids in the apartments and the play are is so unmaintained. The mulch has not been added since 2 years. The slide top has missing plank and no one cares to replace it. I have seen 2 kids fall and numerous nearly fall from the gap. The swing area has exposed bricks and no maintenance at all. I feel like I am living in some underdeveloped country.

Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of knowledge when assisting with the application process, which made things more confusing than helpful. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and support for future applicants.

You send across application with the application fee by 8:30 am and then you get a call that the apartment is not available and the fee is non refunded. Happens not once but twice. Highly unprofessional attitude.
