  0 star!!!! I’ve been living at The Fields of Chantilly for the past six years, and unfortunately the community has gotten worse and worse since the former manager, Nicole, left. The current management is unprofessional, rude, and often comes across as passive-aggressive. In particular, the three women working in the office consistently have poor attitudes and are not helpful when residents bring up concerns. I’ve had numerous issues with management over the last three years, and it feels like resident concerns are ignored rather than addressed. The condition of the property has also declined significantly. Many of the buildings are deteriorating, and there is a serious roach problem throughout the community. Large black oriental roaches are everywhere outside the buildings. I’ve called and submitted multiple maintenance requests asking for treatment, but the infestation appears to affect the entire property. In addition, there is trash throughout the community, people loitering around the property, dog waste left on the grounds, and graffiti on several buildings, including vulgar drawings and profanity. The overall appearance and atmosphere of the community have become disappointing. Management does not seem to take these issues seriously or hold residents accountable for maintaining the property. The only staff members who consistently appear to work hard and do their jobs well are the maintenance employees. I used to enjoy living here, but the lack of management, cleanliness, and community standards has made the property feel neglected. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful improvements.

It has been a very positive experience communicating with her.   Manager Cecile and employee Gabriela are consistently rude, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional. They are not welcoming or helpful, and their attitude made interactions unpleasant. I am not the first resident to have concerns about their behavior. Ownership should be aware of these ongoing issues and take steps to improve the experience for residents.

  Kicked me and my friends out the pool for no reason then after we started defending our selves one of the workers started cussing at us. ZERO STARS DEAN.

  Hello, my name is Gokhan. I applied to this apartment complex because it is close to my workplace; however, they had me submit an application even though they had no available units for rent. My credit score is high, and my payment history is consistent. They rented the unit to someone who applied before me, yet they rejected my application—claiming that my wife's background was "problematic," even though there is absolutely no truth to that whatsoever. I paid $48 for myself and my wife, and I spent two hours filling out the application forms; it was all for nothing. This is not fair. Please understand that you have no right to waste people's time or steal their money. Another apartment complex just two streets away approved my application immediately.
