  Ferris and his team were absolutely amazing. I would hire them again without question. Ferris made the process easy to understand, streamlined, efficient, and results driven. He priced our home in a sweet spot to receive offers above asking and have a contract ratified quickly. His plan worked so well, we didn't even have to close out the weekend with showings. We had almost 40 private showings and 2 open houses, which resulted in multiple offers above asking. We had a ratified contract within 3 days of listing. Call Ferris today- the only thing you'll regret is not calling him sooner.
