  Ferris has now helped us buy and sell the same property eight years apart, as well as purchase our new home. That alone should give you a sense of how much we value working with Ferris and his team. Ferris is extremely professional, but he is also empathetic, patient, and genuinely invested in his clients. No matter how busy he was, he always made us feel like a priority in every interaction. He is both a skilled negotiator and an experienced listing agent. When it came time to sell our home, he gave us thoughtful recommendations on how to prepare it for the market, executed the entire process flawlessly, and ultimately overdelivered on his promises. He was never pushy, and we are very glad we trusted his advice. On the buying side, Ferris has helped us purchase two properties over the years. Both times, he generously gifted us a home warranty out of his own pocket, which was a thoughtful gesture that we did not take lightly. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to have had Ferris on our side through these major milestones. He is a genuine person who truly cares about his clients, and we would recommend him and his team without hesitation.
