  I’ve had a mixed experience with Select Community Services (SCS). On one hand, the leadership team struggled significantly with stability, forcing our Condo association to cycle through four different property managers in less than a year. This lack of continuity was incredibly frustrating and reflects poorly on their management approach. Management reimbursable were through the roof every month, they were sending out paper checks for utility which is costly and also our association still had late fees. If you are a board member, make sure you review the financials and question anything that looks odd or looks like duplicates, we had several in our financials reports... However, despite these organizational challenges, our experience with the last manager, Diana Fritts, was exceptional. Diana brought the expertise, professionalism, and dedication that we had been lacking all along. She was able to help resolve questions and problems that arose. Diana set the bar for what a property manager can do and the level of quality homeowners and what board members should expect. If you are currently unhappy with your property management, I highly recommend asking specifically for Diana Fritts—she truly sets the bar for what a property manager should be.   This is probably the worst homeowners association I’ve ever dealt with. I honestly don’t even know what our dues are paying for. The response time is at least 60 to 90 days for any issues. There is no transparency, No follow up no interaction with the community at all unless an individual member contacts to complain about something. I’m not sure how they’re still in business.
