  I dealt with the assistant property manager 1st of all they changed the address where you send your payment, then when I contacted the property manager I was forwarded to the assistant and her attitude was horrible! I’ve never missed a payment until they changed the address! On top of that they put it in small letters on the budget agenda! Poor management on relaying the message the address had changed! You would have think they would have made u aware a lot better because they wouldn’t want any interference with the company receiving their payments, Then charged me a $25 free for a certified letter I never received! I’ve always paid my condo fee early to on time since 2017 to receive treatment like that! I have yet to receive a follow up from the manager checking to see if the issue was resolved! And TBH! With treatment like that, I don’t really care to! If I could put 0 stars i definitely would!

  Extremely disappointing experience with Associa Select Community Services. My vehicle was towed during the community asphalt sealing project, and I had to pay $210 to retrieve it. Neither I nor my landlord ever received any notice by mail or email, even though several of my neighbors did. What made this experience even worse was the way I was treated by Angela, the representative I spoke with. Rather than genuinely trying to investigate what happened, she was dismissive, indifferent, and unwilling to take any responsibility. Her only response throughout the conversation was essentially, “We apologize, but we don’t reimburse towing fees.” An apology means very little when there is no effort to correct a mistake. When I asked for proof that a notice had actually been sent to my address or to my landlord, I was simply told, “We sent it to everyone,” but no evidence was provided. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, I felt like I was being brushed aside. Customer service should involve listening, investigating, and resolving problems - not repeating the same scripted response while ignoring legitimate questions. I expected far more professionalism and accountability from a property management company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Associa Select Community Services. If you ever have an issue, don’t expect much beyond an apology and a refusal to help.

  If i could leave negative stars, i would for this community (LOMOND VILLAGE) in Manassas and the HOA. conveniently they will ask you to move your over sized package from the front door while you are at work or tow your car because it's an inconvenience to the construction crew while the same rule does not apply to construction crew even if they are blocking the road or your driveway. Besides lack of reciprocating their policy. Ryan homes has used every inch of available land to build so there is no parking. streets are tight. on a clear street 2 cars passing by feels like a trust exercise.

  I truly wish I could give zero stars. I lived in a building managed by SCS for over five years and I genuinely have very little positive to say. There is significant property manager turnover, a clear lack of high- and mid-level managerial support for the property managers, and little to no accountability or professionalism when building-related issue are mismanaged. One property manager likely cost our building several thousand dollars due to mismanagement of a water-related issue. I've tried to have conversations with their leadership and it's clear there is little to no desire to do or be better. Please do not believe the positive reviews, they're like a part of a review competition SCS has their property managers do to boost their ratings (I was asked to do one years ago).
