  I want to sincerely thank Gay Bridges for the outstanding customer service she provided me today. I was having difficulty processing my HOA dues payment, and when I reached out for help, Gay immediately stopped what she was doing and focused on resolving the issue. Within just a few minutes, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. It’s easy to see how Associa’s mission “to bring positive impact and meaningful value to every community” is reflected in the way Gay works with residents every day.   This company has failed to complete key handoff items needed for our community’s HOA management transition today, on May 1, leaving homeowners stuck in limbo over payment processing and maintenance responsibilities. What should have been a straightforward transition has instead become a frustrating delay marked by uncertainty and poor execution. Homeowners deserve timely action, clear communication, and professionalism. This experience has fallen far short of that standard. Given this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering buying property managed by this company. For rental property investment, I would also think carefully about adjacent communities that use this management company, especially when you can’t be physically present to resolve unexpected issue, even when your property was bought brand new.

  They selectively have your vehicle towed if they don't know or like you. If they know you they will look the other way all day long while you take up valuable parking spaces. Hypocrites
