  Geoffrey was incredibly patient and kind. He even had me sketch out my ideal floor plan and helped me find a home that matched my vision. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of his guidance, and I can’t wait to start this new adventure!

  Purchased a 2024 Fleetwood home from this dealership less than a year ago. Before moving in, we spoke with staff and were assured any issues would be addressed and repaired. Since moving in, we have experienced multiple problems including nail pops throughout the walls, flooring concerns, door frame issues, trim and siding problems, and a plumbing leak under the kitchen sink that caused damage. We reported warranty concerns about a month ago and were told we would receive follow-up, but communication has been inconsistent and we have not received proper service or resolution. We are still within warranty and simply want the home properly inspected and the issues repaired, but have had difficulty getting responses from the dealership.

  Spencer South at Clayton Homes of Bristol is awesome! He’s so patient, kind, and thorough, always answering any questions we had and staying honest through the entire process. He is the best and we can’t recommend him or the Bristol lot more!
