  The actual living experience was relatively ok, but the place is ran by a bunch of greedy fools who will do everything in their power to screw you over. They are not upfront about certain charges, they will bribe people taking over your lease to move into a new apartment instead, they have a ridiculously long and tedious application process, almost all staff members are rude and unwelcoming in the leasing office, etc. The walls and floors are pretty thin. The road leading up to the complex has been endlessly under construction and is filled with potholes that will damage your car (ask me how I know) and is frequently backed up. The units themselves are pretty nice aside from some not so good paint jobs and extremely creaky floors. The maintenance team responds quickly to work orders and usually does a good job. All the appliances like in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher were a nice addition too. Could be a good place to live with staff who enjoy their work.

  This place is shady. Be forewarned, as many others have mentioned, that you will most likely not be getting your security deposit back after you move out. As in our case, they will come up with a bunch of bogus charges that will be just enough to cover whatever you gave them. Also, any complaints to the mgmt there falls on deaf ears. They completely lack any professional ethics and don’t operate in good faith.

  Nothing but great experiences! For an older apartment building, it is very well maintained and has a lot of character that you don’t always get with newer complexes. The grounds and common areas are kept up nicely, and the apartments themselves are comfortable and spacious. The staff have always been friendly and responsive, and maintenance concerns are handled quickly. The location is also extremely convenient while still feeling quiet and residential. Windsor Hills is a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

  Just moved in a couple of days ago and it's been the worst experience living here. I'm paying for a "fully renovated" apartment that has a total of 1 ceiling fan/light fixture and doesn't look remotely close to being renovated. Maintenance has already had to come to my apartment 4 times for separate issues, which is more days than I've been living here. The toilet was leaking every time it was flushed on the first day. We had to fight the front door to get it open every time. A huge spot on the kitchen ceiling was missing paint which maintenance made look even worse. When we went to do our first load of laundry, the washing machine leaked all the water onto the floor and left our clothes soaked and covered in detergent, and the floor with a puddle that smelled bad. Maintenance came and "fixed" it so we tried to redo the load later and it flooded even worse. The paint in the entire apartment is awful with cracks on every wall and ceiling. You can see old repair spots on most of the walls and ceilings that also missing paint throughout. The floor vinyl is ripped up in spots and has holes going through the floor as well. Nothing was clean before we moved in. There was dirt in the freezer, cobwebs on the ceilings, bugs all in the window sills, hair all in the tub. We have contacted the leasing office about all the issues but most of them, even the holes in the floor, they say they aren't going to bother fixing. This doesn't even come close to covering everything wrong with our apartment and I could double the length of this review going over it all. I recommend staying as far away as possible, especially as overly priced this place is. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

  Misleading Website / Terrible Customer Service I applied for a 1 bed 1 bath unit that was listed ‘ready for leasing’ & wasn’t told until after my application and money had been taken that they were unavailable despite what it said on the website nor entirety of the application process. They only had 2b apartments left which is fine, but imagine if I hadn’t called? General correspondence between tenants needs to be adjusted, truly embarrassing.
