  First if your thinking about Clayton, run! 6 months still no house. They've knowingly left us homeless jumping arpund airbnbs for months. For the last 3 weeks the house is sitting in my driveway with weeks worth of empty promises from the Manager Ket. They finally poured filters and they were wrong. Of course way to shallow and then had to fight them to fix it and still not sure if it's right and according to they're own specs it's to shallow. They only barely went 12 inches and here in VA 18 to 24 is standard for frost. This was suppose to be done by March. Nope! Its almost july as I write this review. We started this house last year and going on 8 months with no end date in site. This was suppose to be easy according to Ket when he came to property last yr. Everyone in my area of Spotsylvania that has dealt with them says the exact same thing. Run!

  We just have had a great experience! Dave is wonderful! I call him probably on a daily basis,he is so patient he try’s to answer all my questions,even if they are crazy questions!All of there contractors have been great!No problems what so ever! There contractors are always nice and polite and they get the job done! My husband says it has been a great experience! Renee and Ernie Harris!

  My experience with Dave D was great, from the time he took over, he was nice, professional, genuine friendly & honest. We often spoke about 2-3 times a week & weekly updates with staying on track for our target date for the home which was actually quicker than I expected. I read the reviews & see some negative comments, but a part of buying a house is being an active customer & working with your salesman on meeting your needs, goals & expectations of your home. Dave D did not disappoint & he lacked in no areas for helping & guiding me through all the right resources through my process. My home is amazing & everything I asked for I received.
