  For years, this company has Harassed and intimidated trying to force us to move out. Disguised, they go near the property to intimidate and trying to get us to move out. PMI drives constantly around the property to annoy us, check out the image, and then deliberately to annoy us and staring us down. They have others also try to intimidate us. They take alternative routes and pretend they're casually coming but its done deliberately to intimidate us. They protrude things from their clothes trying to scare us and get us to move out. They annoy other neighbors by following them. He take his dogs on the property so they'll relieve themselves on our kids toys. They verbally threatened us after we told them to stop their actions. We're in the 2nd year and Mr. Kumar continues to do these actions to force us out. He gave a fake name the upon first contact, said his name was Matthew until other annoyed neighbors figured it out. Kids cannot go outside to due to this property management companies actions. Do not use this management company, they have our contact information but have never reached out to resolve the ongoing issues, now 2nd year. Many have filed complaints. The owner claims we're here to hurt the business, and that its defamatory, but he has never reached out and lies to remove this actual tenant review. They're all facts, he doesn't understand the difference between how he lies and what facts are, he is a con man with all made up reviews and changed company names. They will respond denying all this, do not trust this made up reviews business. Then come on after me, you have my number, my address and you can resolve any time. Update: More lies from the owner, they have never communicated, never picked up the phone, never responded. Others have tried to reach out. The harassment has got worse, he walks around pretending to get close and then moves away, kids get scared, what kind of person does this? Its game to him. What a sick property manager this is.

  I want to say if you have to ability to work with PMI Loudoun pls do. Anup has helped me from the moment I submitted my application. It has been a great experience considering I'm in TN moving up. He has worked with us to make sure out dates match for getting keys. I don't have one thing to complain about.
