  I would say my visit began well. I believed I was being heard after explaining my first experience with the previous apartments to Chris in clear English during the application process, and I assumed he understood, though apparently not. I am new to Virginia, and I recognize that apartment pricing differs greatly from what I am accustomed to. Plus for what the apartments look like and what is being asked is bullshit back home I will go for these outdated ass apartments. But any who I was denied, as I told him. I expected rejection due to income, but I was never informed they would take my money after applying. I was told I would receive it back once fully denied. Yet after calls and emails, there were no callbacks or replies. So, absolutely not--I would not recommend this fraudulent complex to anyone searching, because they would lie directly to your face to obtain your money. It is disappointing!

  Great experience so far as a new resident! Chris in the office can’t talk enough about him, was very helpful and welcoming throughout the move-in process. Alexis from maintenance has also been very responsive and helpful. Lovely community. Happy to be here!

  I’ve had a wonderful experience with the team at Broadlands Apartments. I especially want to thank Alexis Portillo, who took care of my dishwasher issue incredibly quickly. He arranged for a new dishwasher to be ordered, and although it was originally scheduled to arrive on Friday, it arrived two days early, and Alexis had it installed in just a few minutes. Everything was handled so quickly, smoothly, and professionally. I’d also like to thank Triniti, who has been very helpful and responsive with my emails and communication throughout the process. And of course, a big thank you to the entire Broadlands team for always being helpful and making things easier for residents. It’s really appreciated when a team responds quickly and makes you feel that your concerns matter. Thank you, Alexis, Triniti, and the entire Broadlands team for the excellent service!

  I loved the apartments here, Chris was amazing to tour with, he was very helpful. Disappointed in their application process though, too strict. Got approved for 2 other apartments but not here which is very unfortunate.

  We had a great experience working with Chris, who was extremely helpful throughout the apartment viewing and move-in process. He was professional, friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We truly appreciate his support and assistance in making our move a smooth and stress-free experience. Thank you, Chris, for the excellent service! I had a very positive experience with my recent service request for several items that needed attention in the house. Alexis was professional, responsive, and thorough, and successfully took care of everything that was reported. I really appreciate the prompt service, attention to detail, and effort to ensure all the issues were fully resolved. Thank you, Alexis, for the excellent service! The only issue was the apartment had some spiders, spiderwebs etc, but Chris was able to send the pest control service immediately. However, the pest control guy sprayed only outside.
