  Hi I moved into the spectrum here in arlington Va.last year. I love this place . It’s clean lots of friendly people and Ms Maria in the office is amazing. She has been so consistently friendly and very helpful during the whole process from beginning to the end. You won’t find a better place to live. It has everything you want and need. It’s my new home. 💪💪💪❤️

  The Spectrum is a very nice and clean place to live. So far, no pest issues. Management is a 10 stars . Always willing to help .

  Management was terrible when I first moved in 3years ago and I'm not sure how the new tenant supervisor is..I just left yesterday after my lease ended and I wasn't told why I couldn't renew. Be careful there..I will say if your out of state coming like myself it wasn't too bad although I had to deal with subtle racism from management. If your not Hispanic, Asian, or white be careful there. I will say I'm glad they have a black housing supervisor now named Jimmy he's been great and Manny and his wife are great as well these are new staff..things may be different now and I wish I could've stayed to find out but 3 stars for changing management

  I’ve lived here for almost 5 years and have been completely happy. Quiet, clean neighbors, plus thick concrete walls to muffle any “normal” sounds. No Insect or rodent issues (I’ve seen 5 spiders in my apartment since I’ve moved in and that’s it) Office staff is AMAZING Ray recently left but was nice and knowledgeable and quick to attend to any issues. Kia is equally as awesome and knowledgeable and quick to respond. Rooms are HUGE for this area. The closet in my master bedroom is the size of a room on some houses nearby. Nearby schools are some of the best in the country. Arlington county schools are amazing and worth it. M Amenities are decent (I wish the pool had stairs or a place kids under 5 and perhaps were open later) The only real issue I have is that their are no 3 bedroom apartments. We may have to move soon to accommodate my growing children and I really don’t want to leave. I really wish we had space for the to run around. Long story short I absolutely love it here and will be sad to leave if it ever comes to it.
