  I previously went thru the app process at SoFi5500 but ended up selecting another apt bc of a month off incentive they were offering. On the day of my move, with a uhaul packed with all of my things, I drove over an hour to the apt that I had selected. But I was not completely satisfied with the other apt. So I took a short drove to Sofi5500 and in a couple of hours, my app was reactivated and I moved in that evening. Love the community, the staff, and the area! I do wish they had a business center with a printer, but the ammenities overall are great!

  5/5 Stars – Highly Recommend Living Here! I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this community, and it truly comes down to the exceptional team, the perfect location, and the quality of the property. Unbeatable Location & Convenience The convenience of this location is tough to beat. Right outside, you have incredibly easy access to a bus station, making commuting a breeze. Plus, everyday essentials are practically at your doorstep with a 7-Eleven gas station and a CVS just down the street for quick stops. It’s also incredibly easy to get to major stores like Target for regular shopping, and the sheer amount of restaurants in the immediate area means you always have great food options nearby. Outstanding Management & Staff The leasing and management office is top-tier. Robin, Jackie, and the manager, Samir, are absolutely incredible. From day one, they have been welcoming, highly professional, and genuinely attentive to the residents. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and ensure everything runs smoothly. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they've handled it promptly and with a smile. Reliable Maintenance The maintenance team deserves a huge shout-out as well. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. Whenever a request is put in, they address it quickly and get the job done right the first time, keeping the entire property well-maintained and looking great. Excellent Floor Plans & Living Quality As for the actual living experience, the apartment quality is excellent. The floor plans are thoughtfully laid out, spacious, and highly functional for daily life. Between the fantastic team and the peaceful, comfortable atmosphere, the overall living quality here is top-notch. If you are looking for a place where the management actually cares, maintenance is on top of their game, and everything you need is just minutes away, look no further!

  I was visiting my friend for a few days with hopes of maybe moving to this area. Unfortunately, I will have to look at other options. This complex is an absolute disgrace. Rats and mice live freely in the walls, packages are stolen regularly, and the staff is too incompetent to address any of it. On top of that, relentless construction noise makes the place nearly unlivable. I couldn’t even last three days here. Save yourself the misery and look elsewhere.

  Robin was absolutely amazing to tour with! She was kind, personable, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire experience. I really appreciated how she took the time to ask about my commute and considered how traveling from Virginia to DC could impact me, those details truly made a difference.community, she made the decision much harder with her Although I’ve decided to go with a different apartment outstanding customer service. She genuinely cares, and it shows.
