  My experience as a resident at Park Georgetown has been outstanding. I have not rented in more than 30 years, and I was not particularly looking forward to being a renter again. the staff here - both the office and maintenance teams have been wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I am so happy I chose to live here.

  Loved living in Park Georgetown Apartments where the environment is very safe, quiet and cleaned. Where easily accessible to Rosslyn Metro and to Georgetown M Street. Eatery Restaurants, Safeway, Postal office service are very close to where I lived. Recently extended renewal of my 3rd year lease.

  My visit to Park Georgetown was amazing. Chris took me on a tour and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The property is very unique and inviting.

  Recently moved in and have had an extremely positive experience so far. Had a minor leak under sink and was fixed same day. Otherwise no maintenance issues abd the community here is really great. My biggest shoutout goes to Chris Claure in the leasing office. He went above and beyond - gave a wonderful tour (after me having to reschedule multiple times .. he was so gracious about this) and was so accessible via phone and email answering any questions I had about the application process. Including outside of his schedule office times. He even went above and beyond to speak to a third party on my behalf for the screening process - something way outside of his job description. Truly such a gem of Georgetown park and I know other residents feel the same. He does so much to make this community feel more like a home, including trying to organize a run club, setting up personal training, organizing community barbecues, etc Residents often just stop by his office for candy just to chat. Almost has a sort of college feel in the sense that the staff really care about the people whi live here. Ps I wasn’t paid to write this lol it might seem over the top I just needed to recognize Chris C’s impact here (other people are great too btw! Shoutout Chris M and Stephanie!!).

  PGT has been a wonderful place to call home over the past two years, and this is my second time leaving a review because of the consistently positive experience I've had. Recently, I requested to have my bathroom and kitchen repainted, and Chris Martin in the leasing office did a fantastic job coordinating everything with the maintenance team while I was out of town. When I returned, Richard and Carl had done such an amazing job that the apartment truly felt refreshed, it honestly felt like a fresh start. Even my parents, who were visiting at the time, commented on how nice everything looked. Between the unbeatable location and the genuinely caring staff who work hard to keep the community safe and well-maintained, PGT has been a place I've truly enjoyed calling home. If you have the opportunity to make PGT your home, don't hesitate :).
