  Once you paid, Management clearly don't care about well-being of tenants. We've been kindly asking to set proper smoking area for residents, since we have been smelling weed and cigarettes from people seating and smoking right under our windows but nothing has been done. Additionally entry doors don't luck and keep slaming any time someone enters the property. Hopefully this time things gets done.

  I love living here this far (it’s been a year and some change now), and it’s for a variety of reasons. The Apartment Manager JR is a great guy overall, and always ensures that he responds to maintenance request and keeps an open door policy to make sure that you feel like you can go in there at any time for anything. Great place to live, nice, quiet at most times, small laundry room that is perfect (every unit has a washer/drier, but for bigger linens you might need those bigger machines), and the pool/bbq area is great as well. I give it a 4 star only because I feel like the furniture in front of the BBQ area can be updated, and protected with something to not deteriorate so easily over the changing seasons, and when it comes to maintenance request at times it’s a temporary fix instead of a long term solution you’ll probably have to call back for, but it’ll be responded too quickly and might or might not be fixed 100%.

  I took a tour of this property and JR was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went over every detail and answered my questions honestly. I appreciated that! Great energy and definitely on my list!!!!!!

  Ms. Ikea Jones is AMAZING! She is EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable of the property area and she is a sweetheart. I was promoted to a new position in DC, and literally had a week to find an apartment. I was working with other leasing agents, but other agents would just call me annoyed and pressure me to apply for apartments blindly. Ms. Johnson, refreshed my renting experience and gave me hope. She emailed me about the renting process, allowed me to call her on her cell phone, and sent me pictures/links of apartments. She was able to give me insight on the area, and worked around my schedule. She is very transparent and easy to work with. She set up a time for me to visit the property and I applied in person. As a civil servant employee this kind of service and professionalism means the world to me. She has a great work ethic and I hope she continues to be an incredible contribution to your property management team.
