There are no security cameras anywhere in the building. Package theft appears to be an ongoing concern in the area, and residents have reported packages going missing from the lobby. The building's entrances also do not feel secure. The side stairwells are not locked and can be accessed without going through the main entrance. Although the front door has a key scanner system, I have seen people entering the building by picking the front lock. I have frequently encountered intoxicated individuals in common areas, including people lying down in the laundry room. As a resident, I feel unsafe and concerned about the overall security of the building. Management should take these issues seriously and invest in proper security measures, including cameras and more secure building access, to better protect residents and their belongings.

Honestly, the property manager (Veronica Cerrud) seems to have her tenants best interest. She is very helpful when needed.

Fields of Arlington is an amazing place to live in. The staff here are amazing. The manager, Veronica & and the assistant manager, Glenny always meets our expectations and needs. The complex is very clean. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The location and amenities are great and have always been well-maintained. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. The maintenance crew are fast responses when we put in maintenance requests. The people who live here are family-oriented and friendly. We have been living here for about 13 years and we can’t express how satisfied and comfortable we are living in the Fields of Arlington!!!

Please fix the mice issue in the buildings. It is ridiculously uncontrollable. You send out maintenance each time, however the issue remains. It is unsanitary to raise kids in a home where there are multiple rats running around on the carpet. Anyone looking to moving here, please be aware.
