  Mucho cuidado no es lo Que Aparenta en sus páginas, todo muy sucio, los jardines, los parques, las calles, los pasillos de los apartamentos, sus unidades de aire dentro del apartamento, sin mantenimiento con polvo en tus cosas todo el tiempo por las unidades tan viejas que tienen viví tres meses sin aire acondicionado. nunca resolvieron el problema. Aparte los basureros repleto de basuras y moscas. Una cosa insalubre para vivir la fachada se ven bonitas pero no es lo que aparenta. Mucho cuidado si te quieres venir a vivir acá vistas, creo que es la peor opción para vivir en familia

  Viví allí casi 3 años. Su atención al cliente es horrible. Llevo un año quejándome de problemas en el departamento y nunca me lo solucionan. Pago más de 3000 dólares y vivo con goteras.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY. I would give this apartment complex ZERO stars if I could. Since moving here, we have dealt with a REPETITIVE mouse problem that management seems completely uninterested in actually resolving. We keep our apartment clean, maintain our living space, and have repeatedly submitted maintenance requests asking for the entry points to be properly sealed. We have gone to the leasing office on multiple occasions, explained the situation, and made it clear that this is an ongoing issue. Yet here we are, STILL dealing with mice. Let that sink in. We live on the TOP FLOOR, and we are STILL having mice repeatedly enter our home. This is not a one-time incident. This is a recurring problem that should have been addressed a long time ago. What makes this situation even more disturbing is the complete lack of urgency and concern from the management office. We have a young child living in this apartment. They KNOW this. Yet the response and overall attitude we have received make it seem like our living conditions are simply not their problem. One of the women at the front desk even described this property as infested. If the people working here are aware of the extent of the problem, why is nothing being done to properly address it? I am beyond tired of having to repeatedly report the same issue, chase down maintenance, and worry about what could be crawling around in the very place where my child sleeps, plays, and eats. A home is supposed to be somewhere you feel safe and comfortable. Instead, this complex has turned what should be a peaceful living environment into a constant source of stress and frustration. And before anyone suggests that this is a cleanliness issue, let me make something very clear: we keep our home clean. Mice can enter through structural gaps and other openings. This is not something that should automatically be blamed on tenants, especially when we have repeatedly requested that the entry points be sealed. I understand that the rent here might look more affordable than other apartments in the area, but trust me when I say that the low price is NOT worth the headache, stress, and frustration that come with living here. Affordable rent means absolutely nothing if you cannot feel comfortable in your own home. I would NEVER recommend this complex to anyone, especially families with young children. If you’re considering moving here, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Read the reviews, ask questions, and think very carefully before committing to a lease. Management needs to stop brushing off residents’ concerns, stop treating recurring pest problems like minor inconveniences, and start taking responsibility for the living conditions at this property. A roof over your head should not come with mice as an unwanted roommate.
