  DO NOT LIVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would ask how the people who work here sleep at night, but I know if they do it is because they don’t live in the complex. Each moment I spend on this complex feels like 3 years of torture. If anyone is interested in living here, just take your rent money and flush it down the toilet, it’s going to a better place that way. If you want to experience living here, walk into a sauna and try living and existing there for a while.

  I wanted to leave a review for Mainor, the on-call after-hours maintenance technician who came to my unit recently. I’ve lived in this community for 6 years, and I can honestly say he provided some of the best maintenance service I’ve experienced here. He was extremely professional, courteous, and thorough while checking my air conditioning unit, which was not working properly. When he arrived, the temperature inside my apartment was 85 degrees, and instead of rushing out after making adjustments, he stayed to make sure the temperature actually started going down and the system was working correctly before he left. That level of care and professionalism really stood out to me. He also went above and beyond by changing a few light bulbs for me, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable and efficient, but also genuinely kind and willing to help. Excellent customer service and a great representative for the maintenance team. Thank you again, Mainor!

  The staff at this place is amazing! They are kind and try to be as helpful as possible. But when they make mistakes I feel like their hands are tied because of the property owner. This place is extremely frustrating. The towing feels predatory and we aren’t even allowed to nicely have our bikes on our patios!! They give us nowhere to store them and they leave giant holes in our ceilings and mold growing for weeks, yet threaten to charge us for the bikes but give us nowhere reasonable to put them! Everything has a charge on top of the charge. And we have no recourse for the things we have to live with. Please please reconsider some of these practices. Or at least give us somewhere to put our bikes!

  This complex borders on inhumane living conditions. I’ve never met staff less willing to help with issues, and clearly management does not care one bit about the place (just look at the trash mountains and rat colonies that decorate the area). The fact that anyone involved in the operations of the complex is allowed to continue being employed is an absolute disgrace to the housing industry.

  This people never answer the phone when you call for emegency when they pick up the phone talk to you like you are an animal the customer service is bad they are making the parking as reserved for you to pay them$120 per mounth im living there 10 years agosto i must to leave soon also mice are around like a zoo
