Loved living here until roaches. I have a breathing condition and they have been living in my AC making it harder to breathe. Definitely don’t recommend.

The person charged with the mail keys is named Paul. He is extremely unprofessional and completely neglects his job. I waited almost a month to get a mail key, and in that time, I lost all my emails.

Living here has been a terrible experience. My boyfriend and I rented a unit nine months ago, and there have been constant issues—starting with the dirty building and the smell of food. Also, out of the four elevators serving the entire building, only one works most of the time. During our time here, the air conditioning has broken down twice; the repair work involved breaking open a wall, leaving behind a musty, damp odor that has affected our health. There is a constant foul smell coming from the vents, and the washer and dryer don't work properly—we have to run the laundry cycles twice. You can hear what’s happening in other apartments, and the place always smells like food. The worst incident happened yesterday when one of our cars was stolen at 3:00 AM, just a week after our car windows had been smashed. When we reported it to building management, they claimed they didn't have security cameras—despite having a large sign stating that they do. We pay for security, but the guard just wanders around the parking lot without really looking at anything; two cars have suffered this fate in less than a month. People from outside the area take advantage of the nearby bus stop, and there are homeless individuals in the vicinity. Buses speed through this residential zone, and the streets are full of potholes. This is absolutely not a recommended place to live. We are considering moving out before our lease expires due to safety concerns. I hope this information helps others and prompts management to take action—especially regarding the vandalism in the parking areas!
