  I love my place. The building is quiet and clean. The Management are very nice and Maintenance requests get fixed so fast (especially David is always helpful and professional). I enjoy the view from my room here in every season. Even though I'm in a studio, my little plants are getting plenty of sunlight.

  Solid & great experience with this building. Aside from a few tiny things once in awhile, the maintenance, leasing and concierge staff were wonderful :)

  Frequently don’t communicate about building service closures (elevators being down, trash chutes being inaccessible), runs only heating OR air and never actually adjusts to the weather outside (have fun baking in 80+ degree heat waves in March and April), and will threaten to evict you inside a week over a couple hundred dollars when THEIR payment system won’t update in a timely manner to add those extra payments. Find somewhere better to live, this place sucks.
