I cannot recommend Dwannisha Wilson at Sinclaire on Seminary highly enough! From the very beginning, her dedication to helping me get approved for my 1-bedroom apartment was absolutely amazing. Navigating the application process can be incredibly stressful, but Dwannisha made me feel completely supported every step of the way. She went above and beyond, constantly reassuring me and keeping my spirits up by reminding me that everything was going to be fine. Her deep compassion, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a daunting experience into a smooth and positive journey. I am profoundly grateful for her hard work and the kindness she showed me. Thank you again, I truly appreciate you! If you are looking to move into Sinclaire on Seminary and want someone who will truly champion your needs and care for you as a person, look no further than Dwannisha! Thank you again for your support, I truly appreciate you!!!

Dee in the leasing office is outstanding. She has been a massive positive from initial touring through life as a resident. The building is beautiful and maintained extremely well. Since moving in, I’ve had no complaints, aside from pricey guest parking.

I've definitely seen a lot of positive changes at this community over the past few months. While there were some challenges in the past, it's clear that management has been working hard to turn things around. The staff has become much more responsive, communication has improved, and you can tell they're making an effort to address residents' concerns. Denarsha and her team is doing a great job with making the property looking better, maintenance requests are being handled more efficiently, and the team genuinely seems to care about creating a better living experience. No community is perfect, but it's refreshing to see management taking feedback seriously and making meaningful improvements. I'm excited to see the continued progress and appreciate the hard work that's been put into making this a better place to call home. Keep up the great work!
