  Dee in the leasing office is outstanding. She has been a massive positive from initial touring through life as a resident. The building is beautiful and maintained extremely well. Since moving in, I’ve had no complaints, aside from pricey guest parking.

  Been a resident since 2023. Love the new management (Denarsha, Shev and Ulises) if you are looking for a modern apartment close to DC come check out Sinclaire.

  Great location, very clean and well maintained public areas, friendly staff and very responsive. Dwanisha whom I call D is specially very charming and helpful. Great team here.

  I've definitely seen a lot of positive changes at this community over the past few months. While there were some challenges in the past, it's clear that management has been working hard to turn things around. The staff has become much more responsive, communication has improved, and you can tell they're making an effort to address residents' concerns. Denarsha and her team is doing a great job with making the property looking better, maintenance requests are being handled more efficiently, and the team genuinely seems to care about creating a better living experience. No community is perfect, but it's refreshing to see management taking feedback seriously and making meaningful improvements. I'm excited to see the continued progress and appreciate the hard work that's been put into making this a better place to call home. Keep up the great work!

  I have recently moved out and I do not recommend this place! The maintenance app is constantly broken, has no working way to submit requests, and there is no functioning emergency line when it's down — I had an electrical issue and literally could not report it for days. Building infrastructure is neglected: 1 of their 3 elevators has been broken for almost 8 months. One of the remaining two is the freight elevator, so if that's reserved, the entire building shares a single elevator. Dog urine in the elevators is a constant, ongoing problem. Packages get locked in a package room and they don't give you a code; you have to log into a separate app just to request access, or your package sits there indefinitely. Parking is in a public garage shared with non-residents, so unless you pay extra for a reserved spot, good luck finding parking during business hours. There is also no guest parking — if anyone visits you, it's $30 per car, every time. On top of that, they charge extra for bulk item disposal, which I've never seen at a building with rent this high. They run everything through multiple separate apps (one for payments, another for maintenance/access, another for packages) and they’re all terrible. Between the cost, the broken systems, and the lack of basic responsiveness, this place is not worth it.
