The building is full of insects, cockroaches, and rats, and they do not make any effort to keep it clean. There is also no proper supervision or maintenance. Homeless people sleep in the building. As for repairs, they do not take care of them unless you speak to them and ask them many times

I received my renewal letter by email about a month ago and have been trying to discuss my renewal ever since. Unfortunately, getting basic information from management has been extremely difficult. I keep getting told to go to one building or another, but there is no clear point of contact, no one seems to have the information I need, and emails to management often go unanswered. Meanwhile, I have a 60-day notice deadline and need to make an important decision about whether to renew my lease. I honestly don’t understand what type of management operates this way. Communication and customer service should be basic, especially when residents are making a major financial decision about renewing their homes. I hope management improves communication and provides residents with a clear, reliable way to get answers when they need them. @Cim group
