  Hi the is Jacqui I am a resident at the Sherwood for a while now. I am very happy here especially when I see Frida is at the front desk. She is my home Mama. She is so nice to me and everyone. She is awesome.

  I just moved into The Sherwood and move-in was flawless. Kim was the one to help me move in and she went above and beyond to make sure my move-in was as smooth as possible. I couldn’t have done it without her honestly, she was quick to help and answer all my questions. And as someone who moved from Florida, I had a lot of questions and concerns since it was such a big move. She made me feel confident in my choice in apartments, and not to mention confident in my move from several states away.

  Worst building I’ve ever lived in. The elevators break down almost everyday with people in them. The “amenities” of the dog park are closed for “cleaning” but have not been cleaned and are locked. The front desk are rude and when you ask for the property managers email they tell you the office is closed on weekends and weekends so there is no point of writing an email. The hot water never works and have gone many days without it. The AC doesn’t work half the time and my apartment building has been so hot I’ve had to purchase multiple fans and sleep with ice packs. If you have an issue with anything they will either be rude to you or just ignore you. All of this for the extremely high prices that you would assume is going to fixing something like the elevator so people don’t get stuck or the AC so you can breathe on hot days but nope. This dump is not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money here.
