  I had an amazing experience with Raul! He was professional, respectful, friendly, and very attentive when he came to fix something in my apartment. He took the time to make sure everything was handled properly, and his customer service was truly outstanding. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the residents they’re helping. Raul was efficient, knowledgeable, and had such a great attitude throughout the entire process. He deserves to be recognized for the excellent work he does. Thank you, Raul, for being so helpful and going above and beyond! Maintenance staff like you make a huge difference, and I truly appreciate you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a great experience with the leasing agent Yalem Haile amazing bf service she found us a gorgeous apartment made the process simeless The apartment is very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and easy to work with, and the gym is much bigger and better than the one in my previous building. Yalem was very helpful and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend.

  I really like the apartment, and I’m very happy that I decided to lease it. I especially want to thank the leasing agent, Yalem Haile. She was very professional, helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns clearly and thoroughly.   Finally moved out. Mold in laundry rooms that gets repainted before tours arrive / constant broken machines. Elevators take a while to arrive. Roaches for the first 5 months, like infestation level. WE HAD A ROACH CRAWL ON US AT NIGHT wish i was joking. Stove kept releasing gas on certain knobs and fire alarm would go off (maintenance somehow disagrees and used a gas detector??) There’s a reason this place is notorious on tiktok 😩 Do not rent here 🙏

  I have generally had a good experience living here, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, one staff member has repeatedly been rude and disrespectful toward me. Today, September 24, around 9:45 AM, I needed help getting through the building door because I did not have my fob with me. She saw me but refused to assist me and had a very angry and unfriendly attitude. This has happened before, and I often feel like I have to explain myself or even beg for assistance when I needed. I went to the office afterward to address the issue and asked for her name, but no one was willing to provide it. I am not asking for special treatment—only basic courtesy and respect as a resident. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses the situation appropriately.
