  BE WARE!! When I first moved out here, it was pretty nice, but I’ve been here for about two years now and it’s getting worse. They moved A family with five kids on the third floor and they’re loud and disruptive all the time, day and night!! We call the front desk to complain and they do nothing to rectify the problem and it’s very disturbing!! The apartments are also infested with mice. I have two mice in my apartment, they have pest control come out, but it does not help the infestation at all. Unsanitary!! Then they have a nerve to increase the rent. Terrible!

  I was shocked that two years after moving in we still loved living here. We’re coming up on year four and are desperate to move. It slowly got worse and worse after the previous property manager, Joseph, left. Now there’s trash everywhere, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing. People fly through the parking lot blaring music. We have impromptu car meets down at the car wash late at night. The place reeks of weed all the time. There’s always a group of teenagers that sit in one of the corners of the parking lot drinking and smoking weed. The neighborhood kids have destroyed the tennis courts. They ripped the door off of the gate and they’ve ripped down the top of one of the fences. They leave their trash scattered all over. The kids scream profanities and get into physical fights. Nothing ever gets done about any of it. This place used to be nice, but it has severely gone downhill. This place used to be a beautiful community and now I feel unsafe walking my dogs. Also, all the five star reviews that you see for Charmaine are all done in return for discounts. She seems very nice when you’re doing the tour, but is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine once you move in. She’s actually infuriating to deal with. It’s sad because the surrounding Rose Hill neighborhood is beautiful and quaint, but this apartment complex is going to drag the rest of the community down with it. A word to the (not-so)wise: the majority of your tenants are going to leave in droves because Rose Hill Apartments didn’t want to take care of a handful of disrespectful people. Bring back Charnee and Joseph!!

  Clean, quiet, and safe. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. The amenities are clean and well kept. Maintenance is AMAZING. The minute something is broken in the community, it is fixed. I put in a work order for a broken door hinge. They showed up within an hour to fix it! The longest I’ve waited for maintenance is 2 days. ALL of the staff are kind and respectful.

  Tour Review: Yesterday I took a tour with Charmaine Fisher. She was excellent! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the property. Most of the questions I had going in she answered before I could ask. The property is quiet and looks well maintained. This place is definitely high up on my list for consideration.
