Great experience! Keenan is phenomenal made the whole moving-in process real easy. He also answered all our concerns and was honest about not knowing all the answers immediately but went above and beyond figuring it out. They show you the unit you will be renting, which is a big plus. Due to previous experience, demo units usually are a sign of a bad apartment complex. Appreciate all the other workers as well, when Keenans not there they help me just the same. If you are looking around for a place to rent, give this place a shot. Community has been super nice as well!

I was living in Rose Hill for five years charnee always was good to me once Vanessa got in there it went down hill. Wish John was still there Joseph was pretty good as well. Only reason I moved is they only have one bathroom and your kids get bigger you need two bathroom and bigger space. Vanessa wasn't never helpful the leasing office have a high turnover. And when you move out they add up all these charges on ledger unbelievable.

The leasing office is posting fake positive reviews but please don’t live here if you can help it. I made that mistake and trust me they do not honor loyalty. I’m so thankful that I caught onto their grift before I accidentally signed up for another 15 month lease. God is good because I caught their extra charges on my account when I went into the rent cafe app to sign up for a new lease so instead, AJDWOSKIN like the dishonest thieves they are, got a little over $100 instead of a new lease which would’ve been a promise of nearly $38k (laughable business decision) so thank God. People check after them every month if you move here and then leave asap. AJDWOSKIN and Rose Hill Apartments Management's have poor communication, they gaslight you and talk to you in circles, they are inconsistent with their policies because they have a revolving door of staff that are undereducated in their profession, which leads to a lack of responsiveness, and ultimately, all of this wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t then fail to take accountability for their mistakes such as enrolling a tenant with an active renter’s insurance policy in their system, in their master policy for months. They instead will twist things and manipulate situations to try to make it your fault. If you accidentally rent here, you will experience an unreal level of dishonesty in the way that this company operates and the disrespect to people paying you is so crazy to me. No wonder they have to try to keep every penny they scheme to get because their business is failing when they aren’t telling lies with photoshopped picture ads. I forgot what peace is like after living here for 3 years and I’m so excited to get back to stability and clarity very soon! RESPONSE: Please don’t fall for this fake helpful reply they sent to me. Read what they said: they apologize for how I feel, not what they did. There’s that good old lack of accountability, gaslighting, and manipulation. I literally had to report their insurance to the government to try to get my refund. They told me they would not return that money at any cost so there’s nothing for me to reach out to them for. The owner of this property needs to be notified who is running their investment into the ground. AJDWOSKIN punished me for renewing my lease and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I’m so excited to be starting this new chapter of my life here! From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout my application process. My situation wasn’t the easiest, but they took the time to explain my options, guide me through everything, and help me find a way to make it work. A special thank you to Jennifer and Vanessa for being so patient with me and helping me every step of the way. I truly appreciate how supported and welcomed you made me feel. This move is especially meaningful to me because my mom and brother already live here. My mom hasn’t been feeling her best lately, so being close to her means everything to me. She has always spoken so highly of the community and especially of Charlene, the manager, whom she absolutely adores and recommended so highly Thank you for making this process such a positive experience. I’m truly looking forward to calling this place home.
