  This place will ask your bank account login information through a third party during application, even after you send them paystubs, bank statement and offer letter via email and during application. They also downplay that some of these systems are very secured given on these tech era, which gives a notice their ignorance on the system and technology. It seems to me these southern towers and their systems are insecured and can't even do their job to verify anything by themselves, proving their lacking in capability of doing their jobs and then blaming everything on system. If you lose your bank account, money and privacy, they will not take accountability in future. So future applicants, think about your privacy and security before applying here.

  Absolutely do not move here. Management does not respect tenants and the building cut off is way too frequent for water maintenance. They sent frequent emails about the water being shut off and you will not have water on a monthly basis. Or sometimes even weekly. They continue to say that there are maintenance repairs going on, but they never permanently fix the problem. I have called and emailed the tenant email and called the number several times and they don’t respond. The building is very old and things are very broken and they are very slow with fixing anything. Also, the utilities are far too high because you end up paying for water for other tenants usage as they don’t have their own storage for each tenant. There is no reason a studio apartment of this square footage should cost around 150 each month. The other negative reviews are 100% correct also, it does have a pool but there’s always maintenance being done so it’s always closed. It seems also that they go rogue whenever they want to do something in your apartment as they don’t give you respect in notification. Again, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RESPECT THE TENANTS. They will post “oh call our number for assistance” but they do not respond.

  Isn't there a concierge during business hours?? I had several packages (with pictures) delivered to the desk. But of course it's been stolen!!

  NEVER EVER LIVE HERE, please I’m begging you, live at a bus bench before you sign a lease here. Pumping heat when it’s 90 degrees out, towing cars lefts and right if they don’t pay for guest parking for so much as 5 minutes, front door that is never locked allowing anyone to break in, roaches in the kitchen, neighbors you can hear screaming upstairs, 7 layers of paint on every cabinet and wall that won’t allows anything to close or open, almost 1.5k ~before utilities~ a month for 390 sqft, front desk staff never there so you can never get packages or ask questions, and leasing office never responding to emails. Need I say more?!? I never write reviews, but seriously this building has been the bane of my existence and I’m counting down the minutes until I never have to be at this place again.
