  I do not recommend living in this place it is filthy and infested with mice and insects. On top of that, the rental office staff treat you poorly they are welcoming at first, but show their true colors when you leave. They are unpleasant people. It was a terrible experience a miserable year dealing with vermin and they are essentially thieves; if you live here, know that you will not get your deposit back when you leave. I strongly advise against staying here.

  So disappointed I spent time, money, and signed a lease for an apartment that they later took off the market. Management promised a full refund for the application and processing fees. Fast forward to now—no money, no response, and zero accountability. If you are hesitant about their service, I suggest being very cautious about paying any fees upfront.

  Oh boy, where do I begin, the management in CIM are very cheap and stingy and they do not have a meter for every resident so you end up paying for everybody else’s utilities which ends up being over $120 for a small studio so I can imagine what it is paying for a one bedroom and up. Management is unresponsive although they seem to be responsive on Google reviews lol but they actually do not care. You send them emails and call the phone number and there is nobody that response. They have a roach problem and when you complain about any human decency for your apartment, they talk to amongst each other in the leasing office and joke and laugh and talk about bad the residents instead of attending to their concerns. They are very unprofessional and very un serious about their job. June and Saba are the culprits of unprofessionalism and enable the problem in this building. Go somewhere where there is a professional establishment and pay the money versus this cheap thing. You get what you pay for seriously. -POOL DOES NOT HAVE UMBRELLAS. NOT EVEN ONE OR TEO FOR THE RESIDENTS THAT PAY THOUSANDS EVERY MONTH -EMERGENCY MAINTAINENCE IS NONEXISTENT AND THEY GET PISSED OFF WHEN YOU ACTUALLY TRY TO CALL THEM FOR HELP -POOL IS RIDDLED WITH GEESE POOP (PHOTOS)
