I’ve had a wonderful experience here. The customer service is exceptional, the units are beautiful and spacious, and it truly feels like a place to call home. The community is very clean and well-maintained. It’s a welcoming community with plenty of space and a great atmosphere.
Another great community with great staff, Carlisha, Tiffany and maintenance, enjoy their welcome everyday, it gives that sense of community. They make this property feel you are at home. If you are looking for a new place check out this community!

I had such a great experience working with Desiree during my apartment search. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, guided me through the application step by step, and made everything feel so much less stressful. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and I truly appreciate all the support she gave me in finding my new apartment. Thank you, Desiree, for making this such a smooth and pleasant experience!

Don't rent here. It's cheap, but from day one I saw dead roach carcasses in my pantry and bathroom. I didn't know how to deal with roaches at the time, but in retrospect this was a huge red flag. I do remember when I toured the apartment, the lady giving me a tour told me to wait outside while she took a look. I'm now realizing she was probably making sure there were no roaches on display. Worth saying "no I'd like to walk in with you" if they do this to you.
Black mold everywhere. Maintenance didn't actually fix anything. Put a plastic cup under my sink and installed a dishwasher that fell off a few days later.
If you do move here, it's worth reading up on rental law. § 55.1-1220(A) states that if you request a service for hospitable conditions with provable evidence, then you have 14 days before you can take measures yourself if they don't respond. This is what I did. They never responded, but honestly hiring an exterminator for a single apartment is like fixing a flood in a single bedroom, there's an apartment wide problem that the complex neglects to fix. They did a few passes, but you really need a consistent treatment plan, not a 1 time extermination.
The complex constantly does unnecessary renovations like painting the building white, renovating the front office (which means we all lost access to our gym for a few months) - when they could really put that money into more important matters like pest infestation - fixing critical amenities etc.
My unit had a broken elevator - it's still broken as I write this - and it was the only elevator, meaning tenants were forced to walk 6 flights of stairs.
It's honestly exhausting living here and I'm so thankful to be moving out soon.
Do not rent here. And if you do, be prepared for what is actually happening.
