  Rude, hostile and reckless management. Dirty premises, rodents, roaches, overflowing trash, no parking spots( be ready to walk around 0.4-0.5miles in the night - and the management is least considered about safety) , leaky roofs, forced to sleep in 80-90 F by deliberately turning off the Air conditioner( this is a serious concern). There are lot of apartments which runs on HVAC, and they switch to heat or cold within few hours based on weather. I’m not really sure why these people choose to make the residents suffer. I tired to dumb it down for them - it’s hot outside- A/C on - it’s cold outside - Heat on. That’s it!! Hence, this Management lacks basic common sense where they just state policies instead of considering to provide basic living environment for the residents. The two asst managers are rude!! There’s only one way this apartment will survive - hire someone who is educated and sensible and not someone who reads back what’s on paper!! If you want to live peacefully, refrain from living here. No family deserves this.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience touring Mason at Van Dorn with Liza! She was absolutely amazing, very professional, friendly, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to show me the available apartments, answer all my questions, and explain everything in detail. I’ve visited several apartment communities, and I can confidently say that Liza was one of the best leasing professionals I’ve interacted with. She made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend asking for Liza if you’re considering this community!

  Mrs. Young is absolutely wonderful! She is genuinely such a kind, warm, and professional person, and every interaction I’ve had with her has been a positive one. Whenever I have a question or need information, she is always quick to respond and makes sure I get the answers I need. I truly appreciate how attentive, helpful, and approachable she is. Great management can make such a difference in your living experience, and Mrs. Young definitely does that. She is truly an asset here at Mason at Van Dorn, and her hard work and excellent customer service do not go unnoticed! 🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🩷

  I moved in the past August and I have had a great experience since the beginning. Luz helped me throughout the entire move in process and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was very kind, patient, and helpful with everything I needed. She is truly an amazing and wonderful person! We are so happy to live in Mason at Van Dorn they also have a pet park and our dog love it.

  I had a wonderful experience touring Mason at Van Dorn Apartments! The community is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable apartments. Luz was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the tour. She answered all my questions, was patient, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Luz, for the excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
