"Dimitri Stavlas is an absolutely amazing professional. He went above and beyond to help me secure my apartment, and I couldn't be more grateful. Throughout the entire process, Dimitri demonstrated a high level of expertise and guided me through every single step with great care. He made a normally stressful process feel smooth and easy. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier experience. Thank you so much, Dimitri!"

Lincoln of Old Town under the Management of Djene Moyer, Community Manager is awesome. I have been living in Lincoln of Old Town since 2020 and I must say I'm satisfied. I like the great customer services of Ivan, and the entire staff of Maintenance. Thanks Keith for having such a great staff. Nothing in life is perfect. Living here is good, clean environment, quiet neighbors, great neighborhood.

Toured last week and had a great experience! I ultimately decided to go another direction, but it was a tough decision between Lincoln Old Town and the place I ended up going with. The apartments we toured were all clean, renovated, and had new/close to new appliances. The location is also close to pretty much everything you’d need as well as the metro. Dimitri gave a fantastic tour and really listened to what I was looking for. He was hands down the most responsive leasing consultant we worked with during our search!

Walls are truly sound proof. Every area so cleanly maintained. Also the maintenance’s staff are so quick and efficient. Dimitri, Ivan and the entire team, including the front door staff, are so well trained in handling stressful situations. I've noticed that in every interaction I have had with them. Demi makes every visit feel like coming home. Absolutely wonderful! Neighbors are friendly and nice. I remember that I had such a memorable tour at Lincoln Old Town. Ivan did a wonderful job from the time we met him. I toured four different apartments in the area, and he was by far the best guide. He is polite, attentive and most importantly, never rushed me into a decision. In other words, he didn’t come across like a salesman at all and made the experience even better. Instead of AI answering back, he personally reached out to answer my questions. He truly became the standard I measured everyone else against in my other apartment tours. It’s his demeanor that became one of the top reasons to consider renting at Lincoln.
