  Toured last week and had a great experience! I ultimately decided to go another direction, but it was a tough decision between Lincoln Old Town and the place I ended up going with. The apartments we toured were all clean, renovated, and had new/close to new appliances. The location is also close to pretty much everything you’d need as well as the metro. Dimitri gave a fantastic tour and really listened to what I was looking for. He was hands down the most responsive leasing consultant we worked with during our search!

  Walls are truly sound proof. Every area so cleanly maintained. Also the maintenance’s staff are so quick and efficient. Dimitri, Ivan and the entire team, including the front door staff, are so well trained in handling stressful situations. I've noticed that in every interaction I have had with them. Demi makes every visit feel like coming home. Absolutely wonderful! Neighbors are friendly and nice. I remember that I had such a memorable tour at Lincoln Old Town. Ivan did a wonderful job from the time we met him. I toured four different apartments in the area, and he was by far the best guide. He is polite, attentive and most importantly, never rushed me into a decision. In other words, he didn’t come across like a salesman at all and made the experience even better. Instead of AI answering back, he personally reached out to answer my questions. He truly became the standard I measured everyone else against in my other apartment tours. It’s his demeanor that became one of the top reasons to consider renting at Lincoln.

  We have been living here for three months and absolutely love it! The staff have been amazing, it’s a great location, and very walkable! Ivan was amazing to work with during the application process and has continued to be so helpful!

  Continuous management change overs, very rude staff, do not address the rules and let anyone park in garage without paying, elevators ALWAYS broken, ADA elevator broken down for over a month and now boarded up and even painted over to match wall color, and they charge premium rates for sub-par property. You’ll find much larger and nicer units in the same area for cheaper.

  My wife and I recently toured Lincoln Old Town, and we had a great experience. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Ivan took the time and stopped what he was doing and personally showed us around the property. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Unfortunately, they don’t have availability for our desired move-in date, or we would have loved to make this our new home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the excellent customer service made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Ivan!
