  We have been living here for three months and absolutely love it! The staff have been amazing, it’s a great location, and very walkable! Ivan was amazing to work with during the application process and has continued to be so helpful!

  Continuous management change overs, very rude staff, do not address the rules and let anyone park in garage without paying, elevators ALWAYS broken, ADA elevator broken down for over a month and now boarded up and even painted over to match wall color, and they charge premium rates for sub-par property. You’ll find much larger and nicer units in the same area for cheaper.

  My wife and I recently toured Lincoln Old Town, and we had a great experience. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Ivan took the time and stopped what he was doing and personally showed us around the property. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Unfortunately, they don’t have availability for our desired move-in date, or we would have loved to make this our new home. The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and the excellent customer service made a lasting impression. If you’re looking for a place to live, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Ivan!

  The location here is actually very nice and super convenient. It is right next to great grocery stores and very close to everything Old Town has to offer, which makes running errands really easy. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and very walkable. However, the rent is way too high for what you actually get inside the property, and there are much cheaper apartment alternatives nearby that offer way better value. The building itself is showing a lot of age and has non-stop water issues. There are frequent plumbing leaks and fire sprinkler system leaks all over the property. Rainwater even leaks right through the window screens and floods the apartments. Not long ago, the package delivery room flooded too. Speaking of the package room, it is way too small and cramped for a building this size. Finding your deliveries out of the massive pile of packages takes so much extra time and effort. On top of that, the lobby lift right by the front desk has been completely broken and out of order for months now, which is a major accessibility issue. The gym is also outdated and simply not enough for a building of this size compared to how they advertise it. The area is wonderful, but save your time and money and look at other housing options in Old Town.

  Touring the facility, Ivan was a fantastic host. The rooms seem spacious, and mandatory appliances well equipped.
