  This place will ask your bank account login information through a third party during application, even after you send them paystubs, bank statement and offer letter via email and during application. They also downplay that some of these systems are very secured given on these tech era, which gives a notice their ignorance on the system and technology. It seems to me these southern towers and their systems are insecured and can't even do their job to verify anything by themselves, proving their lacking in capability of doing their jobs and then blaming everything on system. If you lose your bank account, money and privacy, they will not take accountability in future. So future applicants, think about your privacy and security before applying here. Also, they will charge you $300 during application that they did not mention anywhere.

  Its 4th of July and only one elevator works this place needs some updates the ac is very weak and the leasing office is closed most of the time you need them

  I waited over a month for this package due to repeated delays. When it finally arrived, I went to pick it up, but no one was there. I came back several times and waited over an hour. There was a sign stating a return time of 2:45 PM, so I assumed the employee was on break. When she finally approached me, she spoke in a rude and dismissive manner instead of simply explaining that she needed a few minutes to load the packages into the system. What frustrated me most was that she walked away to chat with someone in the leasing office rather than helping customers. I have never had this issue before. A simple apology and polite explanation would have made a big difference. After waiting so long for my package, the poor customer service made the experience even more disappointing.

  Very unprofessional leasing office. I had a scheduled tour at 1:30 p.m. and arrived on time, yet I was left waiting for 45 minutes. I was repeatedly told, “Give me a minute,” but no one explained the delay or apologized. If you require appointments, you should respect people’s time. This was a terrible first impression and shows a lack of organization and customer service. I would not recommend leasing here based on my experience.
