  Fix the dryers on the 11th floor just wasted an hour of my time 3 dollars and my clothes are still wet

  Do NOT move here, especially for what they charge ($2,850/month). Living here for 8 months was an absolute nightmare. The entire time I was there, I had a constant mouse and roach problem that was never actually fixed. Maintenance made me clear out my whole closet just to "look" at the problem, but never actually solved the infestation. On top of that, power went out and we constantly had no hot or cold water. Every time it happened, management just passed the blame onto the city. While the front desk staff was nice, property management (Michelle) was terrible to deal with. Any time I emailed about serious maintenance issues, she would "uno reverse" the situation and try to bring up unrelated dirt or policy issues—like throwing boxes in the trash chute—instead of addressing the actual problem I reached out about. She was also rarely in the office. The only good thing is the 7-Eleven on site and the bus lines coming through, but the convenience is NOT worth $2,850 a month for lack of basic utilities and pest issues. Save your money and live somewhere else.

  I had a very disappointing experience living at Ashlawn Apartments in Southern Towers. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience. The air conditioning was not working properly, and getting the issue addressed was very frustrating. The overall environment and common areas were also not kept as clean as I expected. In addition, I found the management and communication to be very unsatisfactory. Overall, my experience was stressful and disappointing. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements for current and future residents.

  Don’t move here!!! I don’t even know where to start with this place. I’m overpaying what this place even cost. I moved here last year in December and can’t wait for my lease to be over. This old building runs on one pipe so I was stuck in a hot muggy apartment til they turned the ac on. Theres always an issues with the water. My sink is either flooding or the toilet broke or I can’t get hot water in the shower. On top of paying rent I also have to pay to do my laundry which is another issue considering the renters are always moving my clothes out of the washer. The elevators are always broken which has made me late to work several times. I just went to the front desk to grab a package and mind you I went to grab another package a couple days ago and the lady that was sitting there on her phone twirling in a chair said “I haven’t got to them yet” today I went to grab my package and again doing the same thing said “I just took a 5 minute break give me 40 minutes there are 3 bags in there that I need to get to and more coming” like I’ve never seen such lazy employees in my life and it isn’t just her half the staff is lazy. It’s absolutely disgusting in here I’d be surprised if you go a whole year and don’t spot a roach downstairs. The floors always smell like trash and it’s just dirty. Me and my husband are moving in September and I’ll pay rent til December as long as I can get the hell out of here.
