  This is the worst place to live if you want to be constantly stressed. For months now, they haven't fixed the elevators. As for the air conditioning—they never turn it on when they're supposed to; you always have to endure sweltering heat without any AC. There are cockroaches throughout the entire building. They never turn on the damn air conditioning; you are constantly subjected to extreme heat, which is dangerous for your health. Management does absolutely nothing to resolve the issues with the elevators, the cockroaches, or the air conditioning.

  سيئ إلى أقصى حد لا أعرف لماذا مازال هذ المجمع السكني الرديئ واقفا رغم انعدام أبسط أنواع الخدمات في الشتاء نعاني من عدم الدفئ وفي الصيف نعاني من الحر القاتل لأن المكيف لايعمل بشكل جيد شيئ الوحيد المثالي في هذ المنزل هو الموظف الصيني إنه مؤدب يستحق مكانا أفضل من هذ أتمنى ان يغادر عنهم قريباً أسوء مبنى في أعظم دولة وأكثرها تطوراً وازدهاراً

  The rent prices aren't too bad given the area and the amount of square footage you get in whatever apartment you decide to rent. However, I feel like those are the only two good things about this building. Also seems like there's building wide issues with irrigation since water seems to go out every other month. There's not balance in water temps, you either get freezing cold or searing hot, no in between. AC/heating also breaks down frequently too. Furthermore, the last two months I have been being charged an extra 50 bucks a month for "Renter's Insurance Recovery" since November. Even though my renter's insurance policy is still in effect, and the management office has made it impossible to rectify this issue. The one time I did manage to see the property manager I was told to send an email instead of just talking to me face to face. Said property manager also made me feel like a burden just for trying to address these charges. Overall I would only recommend renting from here if you don't have any other options. Not many tenants are that friendly here either. EDIT: The saga continues! AC for the building was supposed to be switched on May 15th, but has failed to work since then. As usual management has dragged their feet on resolving the issue. Other tenants and I have been without AC. As I type this update from my car the temperature in my apartment is 90 degrees. It's been like this for the last four days! I'm being forced to sleep out of my car to avoid sweating to death.
