  I lived here for about six months. Overall, the experience was decent for most of that time, but the move-out process has been incredibly frustrating due to the office's lack of responsiveness. We wanted to be proactive, so we called the office three times to schedule a move-out inspection. We were eventually told that only the maintenance supervisor could do it and were given only one day notice, which forced my husband to leave work early. When we followed up to get the inspection report, we were told they didn't have it, not the day after, and not even a week later. A few weeks after we moved out, which was just over a month ago, we got our security deposit back, but there was money missing. There was zero explanation for why we were charged, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid by reaching out to them early. My husband and I have each called at least three times over the last few weeks, and I’ve left several voicemails asking for a callback, but I haven't heard back from anyone. This is unfortunately a recurring issue. Earlier this year, I received a very unprofessional email from the office about not securing my pet during maintenance, even though I had already explained that I couldn't be there on that specific day but would be home every other day that week and the week before. I want to make it clear that this isn't about the maintenance staff. They have always been kind and helpful. The issue is strictly with the front office being unresponsive and difficult to coordinate with. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this whole experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating.

  This was a fantastic place to live pre 2022, the maintenance team is still great and responsive. There are alot of Airbnbs (minimum 7-15) units that are run as property management sanctioned Airbnbs (they will deny this you can see for yourself in the app). Airbnbs in the building are a serious safety risk to residents, crime including package theft is quite common. The trespass towing agreement Kettler has with A1 towing is also predatory and dangerous, they speed through the property at odd hours and tow anything they can.

  Lived here > 4 years. Our office manager and the staff have made this place a lovely place to live. They address issues promptly, create community events, and are simply lovely.

  You can’t smoke outside? But there’s no posted signage to that effect? And the area is WIDE OPEN to anyone passing by, including the general public??? Not a gated community and no private property signs. Not sure how you can legally enforce that. Anyone could have a seat. Legally. Including folks from the bar right across the street.

  While we ended up not living at this location, I can vouch that the staff here is very helpful. As a member of the military, sometimes you have to search for a place to live before you arrive at a location. We found a good deal online for an apartment and started the application process. When we arrived, the apartment was not what we were expecting so we declined the apartment. Even though they didnt have to, the company refunded our non-refundable deposit and were very understanding of the issues faced with military PCS issues. If you're military, and looking for a good place to live with a company that cares about your matters, talk to Kirsten and look for a new home! I wish things had worked out for us so we could live there!
