  Heater wasn't working, pilot was out. Called office for maintenance and it was working again in half an hour! So fast!

  It is very dirty hereWith dogs poops , but there is no cleanliness, no rules, it is not good at all for the family and the children.

  Thank you in advance for your good intentions, but as far as I am concerned, I do not think I would ever live at Shadowbrook Apartments again. The service is inefficient, and the handling of apartment maintenance issues is deplorable. My mother-in-law currently lives there and has waited far too long to have a problem with a malfunctioning door addressed; she still hasn't received any assistance with it. For that reason—and many others—I do not think I would recommend this place.

  I really enjoy living at Shadowbrook. The office staff and maintenance are really sweet and helpful. I love that there is a dog park and ponds. The grounds are well kept and you can tell they are trying to make living here a good experience for all. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is that you can tell that they just paint over things and dont actually put in work to maintain the inside of apartments. I am missing a shelf in my refrigerator, the board under the sink is warped due to water damage, paint in the bathroom sink and tub is coming off and a few other things. I do think more effort can be made to maintain the inside of apartments. Especially for the price. But overall, I like living here and hope that I can stay another year.

  Shadowbrook apartments have officially become home to me. Looking for apartments is stressful and the management team made it so easy and were so welcoming! If I have an issue it is fixed in an appropriate amount of time by maintenance and management! Kids are safe and playing outside daily!! I will definitely be renewing my lease! Also we have a really cute pond with a fountain that all the local ducks come too! It’s perfect.
