  Before moving here I was living at the next door property and I was having way too many issues not only with administration but also with the apartment itself. I moved here last year and maintenance gets everything resolved in a timely manner. Staff in the office are great, specially Stephanie she does an awesome job and is very kind. Thank you for always taking pride in your work!

  Shadowbrook leasing and management team have been amazing. They were able to help me and my little kids 4 under the age of 5 years old get into a place with them in less than 2 days. They made the process so smooth and easy and also was able to get us the cheapest price for rent for the first year. No issues at all so far living here and they have a lot of resident events and get togethers for holidays each month. They are very involved with making the community here at Shadowbrook enjoyable for all. Thank you for coming into clutch for me and my kids. Amazing staff great place to stay so far!

  This apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. My Friend has been living with ongoing issues like bugs and water leaks that keep coming back even though maintenance has been sent out every single time. The problems have never been fixed correctly and no one should have to live in those conditions. Instead of actually resolving these serious habitability problems management is now trying to charge him almost $15,000 just to break the lease. It is incredibly frustrating to see a company go through the motions of sending maintenance but never truly fixing anything and then penalizing tenants for wanting out of an unsafe and unsanitary living situation. What is honestly shocking is how many positive reviews this place has because that has not been our experience at all. The gap between those reviews and the way this situation has been handled is hard to ignore. If you are considering moving here think twice. Pay attention to how they handle maintenance requests and whether issues are actually resolved or just temporarily patched. It is not just about the apartment it is about whether management will actually take care of you when something goes wrong.

  I'm a new resident here and the whole process applying for the apartment was super easy, very friendly and helpful staff and nice local residents aswell! The apartment aswell as the whole experience was way nicer than I initially thought it would be, The monthly rent isn't half bad and Shelby was very kind and helped me get properly set up without any headaches and helped me clear up any confusion knowing its my first time getting an apartment myself, I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10!

  I’ve had such a great experience living here! The property is well-kept, quiet, and truly feels like home. One of the standout parts of living here has been the amazing staff, especially Stephanie. She is always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. It makes a huge difference knowing there’s someone so attentive and helpful in the office. Maintenance has also been fantastic. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve shown up promptly and taken care of the issue quickly and efficiently. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in what they do. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place where you feel valued and taken care of!
