  We have been dealing with a serious leaking issue in our apartment for years, and despite bringing it to management’s attention, it still has not been properly fixed. The ceiling continues to leak blue and sometimes yellow liquid, leaving visible staining, damage, and concerning buildup around the affected area. At one point, maintenance came into our apartment specifically to look at the issue, looked at the ceiling, and then simply walked back out without doing anything to fix it or even properly addressing the problem. After all this time, we are still dealing with the same leak. This is completely unacceptable. We should not have to repeatedly report the same maintenance issue for years and still have water leaking into our home. Management needs to address the actual source of the leak instead of continuing to ignore it or temporarily cover up the damage. Years of an unresolved leak is not normal or acceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting here if maintenance and management actually caring about serious issues are important to you.

  Sending a huge thank you to Shelby and staff including maintenence recently our ac was having issues they were there that day to fix it and now we are staying cool they are always going above and beyond to help with anything that we need and are very professional and pleasant about it thanks again for keeping me and my family comfortable in our place of residence I know we are not the easiest people to please

  Excelentes apartamentos, muy cómodos, amplios, y a buen precio!!, bonitos espacios públicos, tienen buena organización en todo lo relacionado al conjunto,, y muy buena atención al público y residentes , a mi en particular desde el 1 dia han sido muy cordiales y atentos,,, en especial quiero agradecer a Stefanny , amable, cooperadora, atenta , y siempre dispuesta a ayudar o resolver cualquier inquietud,, la recomiendo al 100 % , igualmente a todas las chicas que ahi trabajan. Feliz de vivir ahi.🥰
