  Overlook Point cares about your state of living. The maintence techs are thoughtful and considerate. The leasing staff care about your reasonable concerns and address them as promptly as possible. One thing I do not like are the hidden fees some apartments add on and Overlook was upfront about every charge. The 2 biggest reasons I have renewed my lease here is it is kept clean (even what the doggos leave behind) and it is safe. This is not a high end complex but it affords an excellent living for the price.

  If I could give these guys a ZERO review I would! Moving in was essentially seamless, but things in the apartment that were broken and promised to be fixed before I moved in were not fixed. It took over 3 months for them to fix my kitchen sink. I got a roommate who made it to where I had to leave (understanding it was my own fault) and attempting to have my name removed from the lease was a run around with every single person who worked in the leasing office. Up until finding out they are evicting them today which is why they gave me the run around in getting my name off of the lease. I would stay FAR away from this complex as long as you can! Do not rent from Overlook point. I attempted everything I possibly could in order to legally remove myself from this lease to which they downright refused, neglected my complaints, and are now going to do exactly what apartments are known for. Do not rent from these guys.
