  I have nothing but praise for everyone who works here. The front office is very kind and truly want to be transparent which i adored. Moving in was a smooth and easy process and was as smooth as one would hope when moving in. We had a mix up and the front office was very accommodating and willing to take the time to help me understand. They as a whole have been nothing but professional, respectful and understanding. I couldnt have hoped for more and hope that I can continue to work with them. Maintenance is very quick and kind. Very reliable and always doing there best to resolve the problem in a reliable and sturdy way which i appreciate so much more then the complexes that feel like they Jimmy rig problems. They work fast, are respectful in your home and of your home. They do high quality work. I have loved living here for far and hope to continue to reup my lease here and call this place my home!

  Lived here for a year. We were charged for a dining room blind that was allegedly damaged, despite there being no evidence of when it was damaged or who caused it. Apparently, “we found it damaged” is enough to send the bill to the last tenant. We paid it and moved on. Lesson learned: photograph everything.

  BE CAREFUL They Charge you for drip pan replacement when you MOVE OUT After living here for a year and using the apartment normally, I was surprised to receive a charge for replacing the stove drip pans after moving out. I disputed the charge and explained the history of the stove, but management refused to adjust it. Their explanation was that my move-in inspection documentation did not specifically indicate existing damage to the drip pans. So apparently, if something isn’t individually documented when you move in, it can later become your responsibility to replace it when you move out. Lesson learned. I ultimately paid the charge because I decided that spending more time arguing over a small amount of money simply wasn’t worth it. Paying it was much easier than continuing to go back and forth with management. If you decide to rent here, I strongly recommend taking photos and videos of literally everything when you move in — including appliances, drip pans, blinds, walls, floors, and anything else you can possibly think of. Apparently, you can never have too much documentation. The apartment itself was fine, but the move-out process definitely changed my overall impression of the property. Good Luck everyone:)
