Just applied! The front desk staff was super friendly and the whole process has been smooth so far. Can’t wait to move in.

Living here has been a wonder! I know it’s an apartment but it feels like a home! <3 it has a cozy feel. Not to modern but not old school. The perfect middle!!

This is a terrible place to live do not waste your money!! everything is overpriced, the office workers are unkind and unhelpful. I got locked out of my apartment and no one would help me the maintenance staff said they were not allowed. They didn’t tell us we had to give a notice we were moving out and were going to charge us. I regret living here.

My daughter lives here and the parking to say is RIDICULOUS!! This complex is definitely not ADA compliant or convenient. They have visitor parking in an area that is wrong and nowhere there is handicap parking. I am filing a complaint for the ADA for the parking here. Visitors should not have to walk so far to visit their family. The parking is not signed and parking spots are not numbered so it seems like anyone can park anywhere. This place needs to get their crap together before they get hit with fines.

Moving out…don’t expect to get your deposit back because that is going to pay misc. fees such as: Carpet cleaning fee, paint fee (for every wall in the apartment, this was charged at $408!), deep cleaning fee, and others— all totaled a little over $800 for us. Our $300 deposit paid towards that so we were left to pay $500 out of pocket. Despite our effort and hours upon hours on deep cleaning the apartment ourselves, the “deep cleaning” will be charged no matter what. We question why and the answer we had received, in their words “Regarding your move-out, the cleaning charge reflects the standard professional cleaning needed to return the apartment to our ready condition for the next resident. While it may not have required a more extensive deep clean which would have resulted in a higher charge there was still a level of cleaning necessary beyond what was completed.” If you are looking to rent here, please ask a lot of questions. If possible, I’d recommend to get a copy of the lease agreement so you know the rules and regulations of the apartment before signing on and deciding if this place if the right fit. Parking..every man for themselves unless you pay extra for a carport or a garage. Carports are not easy to claim since they were are all taken. Regular Parking is limited, if you decide to park in guest parking, then expect your car to be towed as that happened to us once. And, another tow for one of our cars for not having a sticker as we’re in the process of changing stickers from carport to regular parking. Two tows in total. Got family visiting? Guest/visitors parking is quite the walk depending on where your apartment is. Walls and noise…walls are not sound proof so you will hear your neighbor. We lived on the third floor, so we heard foot steps and kids crying above us and we also heard our neighbors play loud music everyday. During our stay, we enjoyed the gorgeous mountain view and the convenience of walking over to Starbucks and Maverik for coffee and food. The time spent here and the aftermath of working on our moving-out charges had us leaving a poor review. Staff is friendly in-person but always fail to answer the phone and never call back.
