They only care about money. Each year with lease renewal the rent went up. Amenities weren't always accessible. Horrible place to rent.

Todavia ne cobraron $70. Mas. Se llevo la grua 2 veces mi camioneta, y 2 veces el carro de mi visita. Tuve que pagar $250 . Cada vez. Cuando remove contrato la ultima vez me dijeron que Ibanez a resoetar

Parking is a nightmare, especially if you're at building Q, the visitor parking is on the opposite end of the complex and there are only 3 free spots for 16 apts!!! The dog park is nice as are the pool and lil gym. Apt is decent, mostly updated, flooring not so great, intact mostly, but a bit of an eye sore The main reason this is 1 star is their policy on selling your lease. One of the reasons I choose this complex was to be able to get my deposit back when I left. Their excuse for not giving it back was bc I sold my lease instead of finishing out my contract. After the effort I put in to sel my lease, keep my apartment cleaner than when they gave it to me, I was expecting it back, but they said can't bc there's not a way to do it in their system. Which is ridiculous and dishonest. As long as you don't have to sell your lease, this is an ok, 3 star option in Vineyard, just beware the fine print.
