  Lindsy and Jessica are amazing to work with im disabled and cant get to the office often but they make sure if need packages delivered or paperwork they always are helpful kind and paitent Thank you so much!!

  He tenido la mejor experiencia en estos apartamentos , me he sentido segura y además para cualquier ayuda o consulta Jessica me ha ayudado siempre con mucha paciencia , estoy muy conforme con los casi 3 años que llevo aquí , y la atención ha sido también la mejor.

  Only apartment complex that i was able to be talk to in the 8 weeks I have been searching for an apartment. I am a disabled veteran and no other apartment complex would listen to any words I had to say. I am lucky they are caring, considerate, and are able to provide me the opportunity to have a roof over my head. As a homeowner most of my life, they have been an oasis in this hot dessert.

  a nice area with good parking Lots of cute nature walk spots. Management is nice as people, but they don’t care about you Unfortunately only your money. I had BLACK MOLD in my apartment since the day I moved in and they never once did a professional test or professional clean. I had to get my own cleaning spray and they Neglected to respond to my several emails and requests to clean it. I have been permanently affected from the mold, as well as my roommate and my pets.:( Also a LOTTTT a lot of wasps… Also way too expensive for a 456 sq ft apartment! Rent goes up every month with no warning. Would highly not recommend.

  We moved into this complex in 2022 and moved out in 2025. The only reason we stayed so long was because it was all we could afford. But to anyone wanting to lease here, DO NOT DO IT! We had so many issues with this place. Bad management, maintenance was horrible and took weeks to come fix anything. We dealt with leaks in our closet and lost some of our stuff, had mold, cockroaches, etc. It was a horrible experience and I'm so glad we got out. Trust me these apartments are not worth it!
