  I have lived at Callaway for about a year and had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed living here enough that I renewed my lease by transferring into a two-bedroom apartment. The apartments are comfortable, reasonably priced, and the community offers great amenities. Toward the end of my original lease, there were some miscommunications and follow up questions but Mari and Bridgett took the time to work with me, review everything, and answer my concerns. I really appreciated their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help. Overall, I truly enjoy my time at Callaway and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

  No alquiler en esos apartamentos. Cuando uno se va te quieren cobran más de mil dolares de daños según ellos . Y lo peor es que esos apartamentos están llenos de ratas y cucarachas y nunca te solucionan l, lo único que saben decirte es que te van a pasar a collections si no les pagas . No les recomiendo vivir en ese lugar 👎

  I wish I could a 0 star but I can’t so I give it 1. This apartment was truly a nightmare. Never got maintenance service on time and on top that they have the worst customer service ever. They so rude and disrespectful. The heavy bill for nothing. Living in this apartment was already hell but the even tougher part was the move out policy. The charged us one month rent + cleaning charges which was around 3k as a final bill. They reasoned us the pest issue. Technically we were the one who suffered during our tenure due to pest and even while moving out they are blaming us for it. If you are looking for an apartment DON’T CONSIDER THIS APARTMENT or else you will definitely regret like us.

  We had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment complex. From the beginning, there were serious issues that were never properly addressed. The biggest problem was the mouse infestation. We contacted management and maintenance multiple times, but nothing much was done to solve the issue. It was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable to live with mice in the apartment. The maintenance service was also very poor. Whenever we submitted maintenance requests, it often took weeks—sometimes close to a month—for someone to respond. As tenants, we expected much better communication and much faster service. After our lease ended, we moved out as scheduled. We understand being charged a reasonable cleaning fee if additional cleaning was necessary. However, we were shocked when management also required us to pay another month's rent, claiming the apartment was too dirty to rent to someone else immediately. We had already moved out, our lease had ended, and we were no longer living there. Being asked to pay rent for a place we were no longer occupying felt extremely unfair. Overall, our experience with this apartment was stressful and disappointing. Poor maintenance, unresolved mouse problems, slow responses from management, and unexpected charges after moving out made this one of the worst rental experiences we've had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering living here to think carefully and ask detailed questions before signing a lease.

  If I could give this apartment 0 stars, I would. Please don’t go on this apartment ❌ We are students, and this has been the worst renting experience we’ve ever had. We originally wanted to sign a 6-month lease, but later discovered that we had been signed into a 1-year lease instead. We didn’t realize this until about five months later, which was very frustrating. After that, we transferred to a 2-bedroom apartment, and things only got worse. We had a serious mouse problem. Mice damaged our clothes, bedding, and other belongings. We contacted maintenance many times, but they were slow to respond, and the problem was never properly resolved. They would come by, but nothing seemed to change. Maintenance in general was poor and often did not arrive on time. We felt that many of our concerns were not taken seriously. When we moved out at the end of our lease, we were shocked to receive nearly $3,000 in charges, including cleaning fees. On top of that, they said we owed an additional $1,700 in rent even though we had already moved out on time. They claimed it was because pest control couldn’t enter the apartment, but we do not remember ever refusing them access. They had keys to the apartment, and the mouse infestation was an issue with the property that should have been addressed by management.Overall, we felt like we were charged for everything, even when many of the problems were beyond our control. This experience was extremely stressful, especially as students on a budget.I would not recommend renting here. Please read your lease carefully, document everything, and be very cautious before signing. They just want to take our money and scam us . Literally charge 1 month extra rent which makes no sense at all
