  As someone who used to live here I would like to inform people who are interested in moving here well there is a lot of things about this apartment complex that frustrated me. I’m a father and I was worried about my kids going outside so I would limit it because the older neighborhood kids would bully my kids and sometimes physically hurt them. and those habits were adapted by my kids because my kids became very rebellious they would bang on doors and they were reported by tenants living there alright I admit I should’ve done more to protect my kids we even tried telling management they were so rude and the move out fees were just unbelievable and it’s not a good environment at all I lived there for about 4 years not a great experience and also kids have attempted to break into my house well but maybe it has changed in the past few years this is only to let people be aware I apologize for my criticism.

  Lady in the office named Doris extremely rude I just booked a tour a few days ago and straight rudeness it was completely unprofessional did not have to give me a bad attitude lost a customer.

  After living at Bridgeside Landing for four years, this is a very disappointing experience. I went to the office in person two weeks ago to inform them that I would be moving out and asked for the proper notice paperwork. I was told it would be mailed to my mailbox, but I never received anything. Now, as I’m trying to move to a new apartment, they are saying I may be charged for another month. This is not fair. I made the effort to communicate in advance, and instead of helping, they delayed the process and are now trying to hold me responsible. After being a long-term resident, I expected better communication and more professionalism. This situation could have easily been avoided if the office had simply provided the notice as promised. I hope management reviews this and improves how they handle tenants who are trying to move out.
