  After living under them for 10 years and having little to no trouble from maintenance issues and making me pay for cleaning services over the year. They’re now trying to wrongfully Charge me for breaking a lease while I was on month to month and even after getting that resolved they still tried charging me for moving out late even though I moved out 4 days before a new month and the notice was a month before that. Then they just never reached out or contacted me after I put in my move out notice and with claims that they didn’t have access to the building till 10 days after even though I repeatedly tried communicating that I was out and gone. I’m not mad about paying standard cleaning fees or anything like that it’s the fact that they want me to pay them for carpet that 10+ years (doing research tells you carpet has a max life of about 8 years btw) old breaking a lease I wasn’t on and leaving late which I didn’t.

  We are new tenants with PMI! We absolutely love the team! Since moving in, they have been great with communication and anything that we have needed. We would definitely recommend going with PMI for your rental needs!

  PMI St George is fine…..I feel like nothing gets done unless I reach out to our owners as well as PMI. We had a decedent number of problems when we first moved in (not necessarily their fault) but the communication was horrible. I would get calls and texts from 3 different people and none of them were on the same page. I was constantly repeating myself when they could just look at notes or function as a company and talk to each other. Repair appointments would be made without consulting me or not addressed at all until I bugged them multiple times. Since I’ve stopped having repairs I haven’t had problems but when I need to communicate I generally end up getting annoyed with how they handle the situation.

  We have rented with PMI now for 9 months. Everything they have done or worked with us on has been absolutely amazing. They make you feel like your not just another paycheck and they actually care. Hands down the best rental company I've ever used. We hope to stay with them until the time comes that were ready to buy.
