  After living under them for 10 years and having little to no trouble from maintenance issues and making me pay for cleaning services over the year. They’re now trying to wrongfully Charge me for breaking a lease while I was on month to month and even after getting that resolved they still tried charging me for moving out late even though I moved out 4 days before a new month and the notice was a month before that. Then they just never reached out or contacted me after I put in my move out notice and with claims that they didn’t have access to the building till 10 days after even though I repeatedly tried communicating that I was out and gone. I’m not mad about paying standard cleaning fees or anything like that it’s the fact that they want me to pay them for carpet that 10+ years (doing research tells you carpet has a max life of about 8 years btw) old breaking a lease I wasn’t on and leaving late which I didn’t.

  We moved in a year ago and have enjoyed our experience. There have been issues with the place but everything has gotten taken care of. We can always get ahold of someone and absolutely love Diane. She goes above and beyond to ensure the house is in good order and our concerns are addressed.

  I would give them more than 5 stars. I moved over here over a year ago and they were very helpful and also the response was very quick. I recommend this company 100%.
