  TLdR: Highly recommend. Great service. Great response times. Very peaceful and smooth process. Details: How often do you sell a house? Rarely for most of us. And when you do it's complicated, difficult, stressful, and usually completely foreign to you. Luther came in, competently assessed our property, gave us a realistic market assessment, recommended a price/process, and voila'... we sold it at that price in < 5 days. No fuss no muss. He recommended some things, told us others would be a waste of time/money - and he was right. His team (he and Josie) responded quickly to every question/request, and did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. Very competent and professional. What you want are results right? Quiet, professional competence... not funny TIkToks or Instas. We looked at those... they were promoting themselves, not our property. Do yourself a favor... hit the easy button, choose Luther. We have another property we will sell when a tenant next leaves. And Luther is who we will call.
