Kade has been involved in St. George real estate for his entire life. His grandfather founded the local construction company Ence Homes in 1957 which was eventually passed on to Kade's father and uncles. Kade worked in the family business from his childhood until he was 30.
Kade started selling real estate in 2001. He sold homes for Ence Homes for several years, while obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and later his Masters Degree in Business.
